I see you like TOmahawk and Mr. Bungle. Check out Faith No More, that's Mike Patton (The brains behind both of those bands, as well as vocalist and he does some of the instruments) and Fantomas. Another band he's in.
Could anyone suggest me some technical/progressive metal?
Bands like:
Animals as Leaders, Periphery, Cloudkicker, Chimp Spanner, Keith Merrow, Meshuggah, Haunted Shores, Cyclamen, TesseracT, Textures, The Safety Fire, Structures, After The Burial, The Interbeing, Protest The Hero (doesn't really fit in this list), The Interbeing, Mnemic, Sybreed and Breach The Void.
Xerath and Fellsilent
Suggest me something similar to:
Sleepytime Gorilla Musuem
Mr. Bungle
Polkadot Cadaver
Dog Fashion Disco
UnexpecT
Alamaailman Vasarat
Zu
Tomahawk
Sigh
Unhelpful but I fucking love you for liking UnexpecT.
In fact, to be helpful, try out Leprous and To Mera (sp?)
Alien hip hop, or anything by planet X. A shame that, since it's so unpopular, there are usually no good quality tracks available online, sicne the ones that pop out are taken down by the band.
I love you.
Anyone got anything like the early Black Moth Super Rainbow or The Robot Ate Me (especially the song We Ate Eachother) ? (already got Bibio or Boards of canada)

Monomate is very influenced by Boards of Canada and Black Moth Super Rainbow.
Sounds a bit differently though, it's quite unique. I'll suggest it anyway, because he's one of my favourite artists. :3:
Also, his previous project, Impatient Outpatient has that sound.
Sadly, Monomate hasn't released the album with that particular sound just yet, but I hear it's going to be released soon.

But be careful though, there's another side to his sound that I don't know if you'll like. It's very aggressive and screamy.

Not really digging the screamy stuff but I love the rest of what I've heard of him, thanks! :buddy:

That's what I thought. :3:
Impatient Outpatient's only album is released for free, click this
Thank you so much, just finished downloading, do you also happen to know any other whispering soft stuff that comes trough on the Falling Trough A Field album (BSM) or like some songs on the They Ate Themselves album (The Robot Ate Me)?
Toro y Moi, Washed Out and Neon Indian is quite similar, I think?
It's chill, lo-fi and electronic, so I suppose you might like it.
Everything by Holy Ghost!. Holy crap what an amazing band. Their rhythm is absolutely perfect. They're really chill but upbeat at the same time.

Somehow never really got into Neon Indian , don't know why :smith: , the others are on my Mp3 player already, have been there for like a year :buddy: . (that's long for me, I only have a 1 gig one) .
Thanks though, I'll try to get into Neon Indian once more, I kinda forgot about it.
Actually, I'll try when spring/summer kicks in, that'd probably be the best time for getting into that kind of music.

Thanks, they sound cool!
Didn't know there where that much bands that have gone that way (if you know any more please post 'em, I love you guys) , isn't Twin Shadow also *sort of* in that category?
Also still looking for songs with whispered/soft lyrics in the The Robot Ate Me or Falling Trough A Field period BSM stuff, I also can't find stuff like Archers of Loaf.
Also Lo-fi, I love me some Lo-fi, chances are you'll post something I've already heard/embraced but that doesn't matter, my music collection has gotten big enough for me to forget about great stuff :smith:

No Age kind of reminds me of them, but I don't think it's close enough, leaving it here anyway.

Dr. Dog is sorta similar to The Beatles they seem like a more modern Beatles.
Baroness is similar to Mastadon.
The Dirty Heads is kinda similar to 311.
And you might like Mr. Bungle.
Do any of you intellectual individuals know any more music like this rap/hiphop rock combo?
