Can anyone suggest anything like this?
Still looking for stuff like this. Another good example of what I'm looking for.
Good ambient/idm. Any ideas?
Seven Fields of Aphelion. It's a member of Black Moth Super Rainbow, which is also REALLY good if you didn't already know that.
Thanks mate, I'll take a look.
Quick, I need some music to fight a dragon to.
So I really got into Dope and Three Days Grace lately, any bands similar that you guys could suggest?
I need some symph prog. Stuff like Camel. Looking through this and nothing really stands out, so I'd love a few suggestions.
For Symphonic Prog Metal check out Amogh Symphony :iia:
Was hoping for rock rather than metal, but I'm listening to The Quantum Hack Code on Spotify, and it sounds pretty decent. Kind of like Cynic.
Elp, Focus and Electric Light Orchestra.
I've got ELP's self-titled album, but for some reason I can't really get into it. Listened to a bit of Tarkus too, and that seems mostly the same. Don't think I've heard anything by Focus, I'll have a look around. e: Yodelling. Awesome. Listened through Electric Light Orchestra's Eldorado yesterday, it was really good. What other albums should I listen to?
Brain Salad Surgery and Discovery. Focus are worth looking into.
Gimme some nice touching folk music, like David Francey, Liam Clancy or Nick Drake. [editline]7th May 2011[/editline] Albums, Artists, Songs anything. [editline]7th May 2011[/editline] And soon we're off to 69'! Anyone joining with me to Woodstock? :buddy:
Gimme some nice touching folk music, like David Francey, Liam Clancy or Nick Drake.
Try some Leonard Cohen albums dawg.
I've tried some, I don't really like much by him though, thanks anyway :v:
I've tried some, I don't really like much by him though, thanks anyway :v:
Which albums you heard?
Songs of Leonard Cohen, New Skin for the Old Ceremony, and some other stuff.
Songs of Leonard Cohen, New Skin for the Old Ceremony, and some other stuff.
Songs of Love and Hate is good. But also try some Tim Buckley.

I was never much into the KF music, though the game rocks!
I love the backing to this YTPMV I found. It sounds like chilled out hip hop or something - is there any more like this?
Right, Now Viking metal
Enslaved Tyr (this also works for Prog Metal) Falkenbach Amon Amarth Bathory (Later) Turisas
I'm trying to get more into metal, I have Metallica's self named album, but I'd like a little variety, and something pretty easy to get into. One thing I can't stand though, is that death-growly voice, so no groups like that please.
Hip hop, similar to Immortal Technique.
