I usually don't listen to this sort of music, but this song is amazing: Can anyone recommend some other music with this type of tempo and screamy vocals?
Looking for "demonic" or "heavy and dark" folk music. Fast paced and just aggressive folk music please. I want them to put me into a trance listening to it.
Not exactly demonic, but Ensiferum are a great folk/viking band
Not exactly demonic, but Ensiferum are a great folk/viking band
Folk music though, not folk metal. Thanks though.
http://www.last.fm/music/Master+Musicians+of+Bukkake not fast paced, but it kinda fits the rest of your request and I found it pretty cool [editline]31st May 2011[/editline] Man, it would be neat if last.fm had a function where it would show all the genres that your library has been tagged as, not just my own tags but by others too It would be easier to find bands in certain genres in my library that way
I have a feeling that they're right what I need to hear. I'll do that tomorrow.
Fearthanine maybe but they are not fast.
I have a feeling that they're right what I need to hear. I'll do that tomorrow.
needledrop reviewed it, that's how i found out about it :v:
Anyone know any Acapella groups?
Listen to Breakbot if your're searching for a funkier disco vibe.
Folk music though, not folk metal. Thanks though.
Neo-folk is always good. Empyrium, Current 93, Dornenreich, Forseti. (most of these have metal albums as well as non-metal) also, down a very different path, Comus is excellent.
Currently listening to Justice Daft Punk Smash mouth Fatboy slim Any recommendations?
Currently listening to Justice Daft Punk Smash mouth Fatboy slim Any recommendations?
The Chemical Brothers, Prodigy

Very aggressive and quick and dark folk music. Most neo-folk I've checked out is too slow paced for what I'm looking for.
I'd like some shoegaze stuff. I've got Loveless, and I love it. I'd like to get more into shoegaze.
The Offspring
I like this
I'd like some shoegaze stuff. I've got Loveless, and I love it. I'd like to get more into shoegaze.
Slowdive, Ride
Some powermetal? my current playlist has a bunch of Stormwarrior and couple Alestorm songs
Slowdive, Ride
Slowdive for sure, "Souvlaki" kills. also Chapterhouse, Loop, Flying Saucer Attack, Tamaryn

Sounds nice, I'll see if I can find something in terms of Atmospheric Dark Folk. [editline]1st June 2011[/editline] I did find some Current 93, but I'm sure if it's what you're looking for. Probably more for my personal find rather than helping you :3: [editline]1st June 2011[/editline] OKAY, I'm heading slightly in the right direction.
