If your going to become a Christian find the right church, because there are quite a few that teach some very weird things. But ultimately its your choice and no one can make it for you.

Hey OP, the whole point of Christianity or any religion is personal belief. You don't believe it because someone tells you to, you believe it because you see it as true. I'm a Christian because it's what I believe, even when some of my atheist peers bother me about it. It's a personal choice, go for what you feel is right.
