I'm a christen. Don't tell facepunch because they think they are cool and tough. I have been shot, shot someone, and fought many tough people yet these fat fucks sit at their computers eating chips and screaming for the mum to bring them their wand. (Oops, sorry, I was thinking of twilight fans). To sum things up, what facepunch don't know, won't hurt em.
It's like a million english teachers cried out, and were suddenly silenced.
Do it if you want, it's not up to us, it's your choice no matter what we think.
If you are looking for that warm feeling, drink a cup of hot chocolate. If you look for morality or guide lines, read law books. If you look for a community, join a club of your interest. If you are afraid of the afterlife and you feel like everything is a mystery, check out atheist videos on youtube or try and read some scientific books about it. Don't join an exclusive club just to get to the VIP section, it doesn't make it better nor worse. A very old philosopher called Epicurus once said: Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then He is not omnipotent. Is He able, but not willing? Then He is malevolent. Is He both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is He neither able nor willing? Then why call Him God?
Yes. Even if it Isn't real, then you don't know you died like what they say, but if it is and you don't believe, then you go to hell. Which one is more logical.
What if God is sadistic and malevolent and hates Christians? And to OP: Do whatever makes you happy.
