Isn't technically not only do the pilots commit a war crime, but they do not follow orders? Shouldn't they be ordered not to engage any targets, but rather to report any activity (unless attacked, of course). I really like the part near the end where they zoom in and label "CHILDREN" which are just 2 pixels in the van. Cause the Apache gunner can really see from those 2 pixels at that distance if there were children in the van.
