Thieves Guild quests are soooooo fun. Also just did my first Daedric quest, the one where you get the Wabbajack or whatever. I thought it was a fun and nifty little quest.

Yup, you can recharge it. Soul gems, which you should be grabbing at every possible chance.
Just go into your weapons, press T on any weapon you want to recharge and you can choose any filled soul gem.
How do you go about filling up these soul gems? Most of the ones I find are empty.

best way i've found, is enchant a dagger with 1 second of soul trap, and slit throats of people
