If steam can't connect to someone after a minute or so, it marks them as offline. I believe Tark is East Coast like me, and I didn't have Steam at 7:39. Stop being grumpy, use Facepunch's PM system or this forum if you can't contact him on steam.

Why are you making such a big deal out of this. I'm sorry, I guess I didn't see the program flashing in my task-bar while my computer was in the process of shutting down to restart. If you really feel like I'm being a dick, then go ahead and talk to anyone else that's an officer in IFAPARMA2.
