i guess in arma 2 tomorrow i will be playing as a character with deafness in one ear
before any of you tell me that this is unrealistic as people with disabilities that bad cannot be a part of the armed forces, the catch is that this is my soldier's deep, dark secret - he has been living a lie all his life. the truth is that he can only hear in one ear. every time he has jokingly said "i'm all ears" to his comrades has been a farce. he is only 1/2 ears.
how will (cheeseman's character) manage to hide his disability from his friends and superiors while in a combat situation? will he be able to rise up to the challenge of having mono hearing? we will only be able to find out tomorrow during training
or i could go out and get a new headset ahead of time but i am so lazy...

To make things better, try to set your ingame sound to mono. I'm not sure if the option exists, but it may.
