Full AP is best IMO. You need attack speed in the beginning though, so getting levels isn't terrible. There's plenty of builds that take that into account anyway.

you could say that for any squishy champ, he is more difficult to play late game but he isn't useless by any means. afaik some top players play teemo
He's a shitty hybrid carry.
He's a right click champ. But he has shitty range and he's squishy.
When you build him hybrid he has no defense.
When you build him AD you don't have a late game.
When you build him AP he's a utility champ.
Ask anyone I play with regularly, I played a pretty good shredder teemo. There's nothing wrong with him.

A bunch of cops were chasing me, so I turned and made my car skid over the side, through the guardrails, off the highway to the street below. The cops followed me off the side of the highway. You can see one of the cop cars turning to go over the side of the highway on the minimap in the corner.

Not with mushrooms that do 1200 damage in 4 seconds and a dart that does 700 damage with 2 (+1 or 2 with AP?) seconds of blindness. Master yi and Nocturne are the only to fuckheads I've seen able to straight up dominate Teemo :(
