I don't want to ban private healthcare or private industry, I don't want to ban pets, or small animals, I don't want guns banned either (If I was American, of course). The right-wing have banned more things than I care to remember, and do so out of knee-jerk moral reactions. That, and they refuse to go against dumb religious practices because they're weak (Circumcision, tax-free churches, religion in schools, etc) I want social and economic freedom, the right represent the complete opposite of that.

Everyone should have the right to make choices for your their bodies. You can't really separate the economic and moral sides and say I WANT MY GUNS, and that's part of the moral side not the economic.

Nothing in the conservative ideology says anything against homosexuals. That's just one party's stance on the issue and doesn't represent the entire ideology. Guns on the other hand are a fundamental part of conservativism. Even the Nazis loosened gun control laws.
