So apparently I did really well in the fitness test today. My push-ups leave a lot to be desired think I only got 40 in 2 minutes. Apparently my plank of 4 mins was really really good and I went from being able to do 15 chin-ups now can only barely make 10. Seems I won't be doing any "bulking" for the time being though. Ill be focusing more on muscular endurance and doing some apparently pretty hardcore military drills. Looking forward to it and even just after doing the full fitness test this morning I felt so wrecked but good. Really enjoying it so far and it seems tomorrow ill be going off of a full routine. Really enjoying this whole being fit and healthy thing and just wanna thanks you guys for any advice you have given me, it has seriously helped motivate me a lot.
The people who get the evil eye and whatnot in the gym aren't the fatties or out of shape people trying to do their thing. It's the big guys who people stare at and crack jokes about. I've never seen someone point at a fatass and go, "Hahaha look at that fatass on the treadmill," but I've seen a million people point to bigger guys (including myself) and go, "Hahaha, that guy is probably compensating for a small penis, hahaha he's so big but I lift more than him hahahaha." Obviously it's done out of insecurity, so no dude is gonna give a shit what the plebs are saying. But still, you have nothing to worry about, you won't see any kind of hatred until/unless you start looking really good.
but u raelly got a small penis :(

When I started I couldn't lift weight for shit, was benching 55 lbs when struggeling. But I knew I was making progress, so I didn't give 2 shits about it.
I went for a run the other day just to check if I could still do it. Wasn't a problem but I was a dumbass and forgot to stretch before and after. Now 2 days later my legs are still soooooo fucking tight. Best advice to fix this so I can get back to it?
I don't know much myself about working out or muscle in general but the best you could probably do is gently stretch your muscles everyday until they feel better, also hot compresses would help. They relieve muscle tension. So best thing to probably do is rest that muscle group for a few days and work on something else. Swimming also is a good work out method, and also relieving muscle tension. "best you could probably do is gently stretch your muscles everyday until they feel better" Not sure if this is the best idea or not but it was just a suggestion. Over strenuating the muscles and stretching them to far would damage them so if you are to do it do it in a slow paced method.
I just asked my girlfriend who is a bit of a fitness junkie, and she reckons just stretching heaps and running but only what's comfortable is the best way to go about it. I'd love to go swimming but it's currently winter so fuck that noise.
Ok I live in Florida in the US and its hot as shit outside so that's why I recommended it.
Haha Janitor lives in southern hemisphere. Does flushed toilet water spin the opposite way?
You know, I don't think it does really. I flush the toilet, and its just kinda waterfalls straight onto the poop and forces it down. It's pretty exciting. In other news. I'm out of Chicken. Kill me.
Eat steak and eggs steak and eggs. Also lots and lots of milk. And of course you drink that :V And if your hungry and want to eat something peanuts are a good source of protien.
I'm sick of playing video games 8 hours a day and I'm sick of being a useless unmotivated wanker.
You can still be a useless unmotivated wanker, you'll just be a fit useless unmotivated wanker! You shouldn't completely change your lifestyle because of the fact that you want a nice body. If you give yourself time to get comfortable with each aspect of fitness, you'll find that it is much easier to stick with it over a longer period of time. The reason why I'm saying this is because I myself would get tired of this if I cut my gaming down by 90% and started eating boring as shit foods over the course of one night. If you really want quick results then just bulk and eat what the hell you want and train hard. It's more fun than a clean bulk, and with your body it won't be hard to shed the fat after you've gained some serious muscle.
almost drowned in her pussy so swam to her butt

update on how awful I am at everything! I have fucked up Eustachian Tubes, basically my ear pop while working out and i hear myself breathe and speak in my head. It's shit. Also! In my defence force interview I couldn't really do any better, they said based on my results I could have been an officer or a pilot but I left high school 4 weeks before I graduated. Stay the fuck in school kids
Why would you leave high school 4 weeks before graduating?
Because I've made some really fucking stupid decisions in my life and I will never be able to go back and fix them. So I just have to work harder now. At one point I was pretty much the top of my grade and probably the grade above me in high school. In primary school I was put up a grade and still was topping my glasses. But yer, I fucked up bad, ruined a lot of my future and now have to deal with it. That's just how it goes though. I can do anything I want. It's just a lot of catching up now.
2kool4skool At least you can see the flaw in your decision. It's a good trait; being able to realize your imperfections and mistakes. I personally wish I got more out of HS. I graduated and everything, it's just I would kinda give up when I got put under pressure to get shit done for all my classes. I was an intelligent student, despite needing to be on an IEP/504 plan. I just didn't have good work ethic. I had so many teachers tell me they knew that I understood the coursework and what not, but since the point of assignments are to show that you understand the teachings, I would kill my grades due to barely ever handing in homework, or getting shit in on time and complete. I got some college credits through a few classes and stuff like that, but I still could have left high school with so much more I feel.
Ah well, I think I might enter as an Electronics Technician on submarines. Then complete my grade 12 equivalent in my own time and apply for a pilot position after my trade. Or SAS and be a maddawg special forces dude and shoot guys, I played COD so I know what I'd be in for...
Uh hey, I've been exercising at the YMCA for a little over a year now, and the skin around my nose and flaky and red. I hear it's from sweat, anyone wanna help me on this?
