wat
[del]that's the first time i said that[/del]
actually I think I said something similar in the AVGN thread before
Amy Pascal is a fucking piece of shit who needs booting out the door.
Aykroyd put his tweet in quotes, doesn't that say it all.
I'm just gonna leave this here.

Also, spoilers obviously.
Here's a mirror, just in case if it gets taken down.
Hell, James Rolfe was labeled as "misogynist" when he refused to watch the new film because he is a huge fan of the original.
The best part about that is that James didn't give a fuck about the controversy. He was in the middle of a small-scale online war, and he walked out untouched. He doesn't pay attention to or care about what most people think, he does what he likes and he sticks to his opinions.
Plus he's a ridiculously nice dude.

It says something that the New York Times published an op-ed that passively-aggressively attacked him and yet he's still coming out as the better man.

That's really because James isn't a guy that takes a lot of things seriously. He just wants to have fun. If something doesn't appeal to him, he just doesn't bother with it.
He's like a saint compared to most other YouTubers.
Holy shit, Feig actually cried on set because the absolutely out of place and pulled straight from the ass dance sequences turned out to be, surprise, shit?
The guy is the literal definition of a manbaby; sorry to state that but damn there's no other way to say it.
Employers should have a "did you like ghostbusters 2016?" question on application form to instantly weed out all the misogynists.
Why does Amy Pascal write so many e-mails in all caps? That would be so fucking annoying.

Well if you followed Sony leaks more closely you would have known that Amy Pascal is in fact fucking retarded.

Misogynist.

Paul feig is probably really passionite about movie making
i dont want to defend this movie or anyone who makes it because its a piece of shit but people can have feelings for their work if it didn't turn out how they wanted it to.

that's because he took the right advice to live like a windrammer as he fucks

Being passionate about something isn't nearly enough. Ed Wood made a bunch of crappy films because he fucking loved making films, he just wasn't any good at it.
I'm not saying Paul Feig is a modern Ed Wood, I honestly don't know if I've even seen any of his films, I'm just saying love for the craft shouldn't excuse you when you make something bad.

His movies are pretty ok/goodish (haven't watched SPY, but want to). Due to his upbringing he always has a feminine vibe to his movies.
I dont like how sony basically let him make a ghostbusters movie even though he denied it the first time. The movie would probably be fun if it was renamed something different and had no connection to ghostbusters. The Ghostbusters connection is what ruins the whole thing though.
I will only watch it if i get a free movie ticket tbh.
guess ill just chalk it up to another reason i cant trust sony for shit. the whole company is fucked.

Spy was good, Brides Maids was great, and The Heat was meh. Not sure about the rest, through I have no high hopes judging from what we're seeing in these trailers.

I thought he originally denied it till he introduced his take on it and pascall ate it up?

He denied it until he could have full control and make it a reboot.

Watch the reports from Midnights Edge on Youtube. They do a great job talking about everything that led up to the release of the movie.
