Watched the whole thing and I'm surprised with the reaction. Sure JonTron had very odd opinion on immigration and this country race preservation thing. I still don't see him as racist at all, he just had bad opinion on stuff they talked about.

There is like, 18 year old people who are committing a disproportionate amount of crime and they were born after me. So how do you explain that? Is that Jim Crow? If he's started reading articles from alt-right authors, joining in on alt-right streams and posting in alt-right circles he's pretty much fucked. It's very easy to get enraptured by the alt-right. Especially if you're a somewhat undecided individual on where you stand politically, or somewhat jaded, or perhaps just generally disillusioned. But much like almost every single cult out there, alt-right communities will attempt to snare you in. With promises along the lines of "Ohh we know the truth though! Don't believe the [I]other[/I]!", and the steady welcome of "Hey have you considered perhaps that white people are getting shafted a bit today??!?". It's not a blaring foghorn of "FUCK BLACKS AND KIKES" when you first approach it, but before you know it you're reading Brietbart like a madman, posting sick Pepe memes about how black people suck and all that stereotypical alt-right trash. And due to how alt-right communities work you're in that echo chamber [I]hard[/I] now. "Hey why aren't you following x or y??!? They shut FEMINAZIS down hahaha", posting dissenting opinions is straight up bannable in most alt-right circles, etc. So you'll never really see any competing ideas for very long, or at least not long enough to engage. And lets not even begin with how dishonestly every single alt-right shitlord "debates". Jon was on the softer end of the alt-right debate style throughout this thing, with dismissals and weasel words galore. If he's in, he's probably in pretty good by this point. It'll take a silly amount of work to actually convince him of anything if he's truly in as he'd be corroborating information with alt-right communities to see if he was actually wrong.

I think at some point years ago someone started a hate campaign against him for not being politically correct enough. I'm not entirely sure because I rarely interact with the less liberal parts of that. Then some time ago he suddenly gave an interview on breitbart of all places, for whatever reason. I don't even know what's going on at this point anymore. Also if I'm not mistaken about him being in the US, I'm pretty sure he counts as 'white' there because the whole country has next to zero nuance regarding this stuff.
