I choke at last 4 times per month. Fucking human necks, not wide enough.
But when you choke on coke, holy shit it's horrible.
My old best friend hit me with a car when I was riding my bicycle. He went to pass me in the other lane, and I went into the other lane to let him pass. ouchhh.
I was a complete noob at the time and I was reading the rules of the internet when I decided to find out what /B/ was and why I musn't talk about it. Needless to say, It is a miracle I am alive and posting here today

Have you been having any premonitions about exploding planes, massive car pileups, crashing rollercoasters, or collapsing speedways lately?
No...
Wan't to add another item to my list.
When i whas 12(or 11) the school roof whas going to be replaced(it whas rotten).
So the next day i friendly offered my help to get the old stuff off the atic.
While i whas carrying some papers my foot got thrue the floor making a big hole in the ground wich i could easly have fallen trough.
Edit:
While reading some post i remember another one.
Olmost drown.
uhm... garage door felt on my head when i was about 12.
Almost broke my neck and I still have a scar on my head.
Don't really want to mention the circumstances, but my heart stopped for 30 seconds
I wrapped tin foil around a potato and attached 3 wires to the potato and then put the other end of the wires in my bath tub and tried to make a potato lamp, but all what happened was that i got shocked and got knocked out for like 2 hours.

I think my heart stopped when I saw your avatar. :ohdear:
But seriously, that must've really sucked. Did you feel/think anything at the time?
My mom and my best bud's mom set fire to the teachers lounge once. I guess that counts?

Avatar fits.
I choked on a lemon head, thankfully one of my teachers came in and gave me, Heimlich Maneuver and saved me, if she didnt save me, i wouldnt been dead.
When I was a young lad, I ventured into the deep end of the pool, thinking I was hot stuff holding onto the edge. I slipped and almost drowned. But I just flailed my arms and swam out of nowhere.
I was hit by a one of these:
*picture of car*
My bag took most the impact, but I still spun onto the pavement, without any damage. The driver drove off :frown:, I was the only person on that bit of the street, and the next thing i said was:
"Good thing I'm indestructible."
You are seriously dedicated to being funny if you really said that after you got hit.
I've almost choked to death a few times on different kinds of food.
Also this one time I was laying on my bed watching TV. There's a table against my bed to the right.
I'm watching some thing really funny. I laugh so hard I jerk my head backwards and bash it on the corner. Blood everywhere. Got all the skin on my shin completely scraped off. Got bit by a half coyote half dog, got a giant scar.
Those I almost died from blood loss xD. Almost drowned a few times.
At some neighborhood event, I fell into the deep-end of a pool and sank to the bottom. Luckily the neighbor that every one thought was crazy saved me.
I was snowboarding and I decided to go to the terrain park(the area with all those ramps and stuff) and I jumped a ramp, but I did not see this orange "safetey" net up front and I panicked, served, hit the ground, a snowboard hit my head and I basically got my head cut open.
I don't know why they would put nets so damn close to the end of a ramp and why this idiot decided it was a good idea to go right after I did.
I was climbing a tree one time when I was around 8. It was a tall redwood at a local park, and I was probably 60 feet up when the branch I was standing on broke. Luckily I happened to be holding onto another branch with both hands, because otherwise I would've certainly fallen quite far and gotten severely injured or killed. I was freaked out by that, but it didn't stop me from climbing to the top. The only lesson I learned from that is to be selective of what branches you're standing on.
I've also had one extremely close call on my bike - I was crossing a street, and some idiot who was obviously on their cell phone decides to just go ahead - they missed me by probably a foot. I didn't even turn back, though - I just kept going, albeit with a slight adrenaline rush. That was the last time I biked that route, I believe.
Nothing else life-threatening has really happens to me that I can recall. I've been able to swim for as long as I can remember, and it surprises me how many of the close calls in this thread are simply from people who didn't know how to swim. All other things I can think of have been injuries that were somewhat bad but not at all a threat to my life. It's interesting think that the times I've been closest to death left me with no physical injuries whatsoever.
Probably when I broke my arm and got a blood clot.
Sliced my hand open on a sink and lost a ton of blood.
Chomped into a Stanley Knife blade in some lettuce on a chicken burger at a reasonably large Australian fast food chain.
a piano landed on me and i went to heaven
when i was at the gates i said, its not my time
and i exchanged my life for a bag of shopping
Blunt force trauma to my abdomen left my liver split in two, lost a lot of blood. Was in and out of consciousness for nearly a week, doctors said I wouldn't make it. But it's cool becuase I did, spent a few months in hospital being awesome.
Went on a sailing trip with my own little boat. No one taught me that, when you turn, the sail arm swings over the deck. I got hit in the head, and dropped in the water, with the boat flipping on top. :frown:
I almost drowned, but managed to save myself. :buddy:

That reminds me. We need more capsules.
A 27in. CRT television falling forward while I'm trying to configure a VHS player ( I accidentally pulled down on the stand). It would easily have broken my back at least, I could hardly pick the thing up.
The occasional sleep paralysis :buddy:

When you saw this perhaps?

I found the OIFY.
Never forget
In a public pool, I walked in front of a waterslide and got hit by a 400 pound fat guy going full speed down the slide.
Senior year of high school me and a few buddies of mine went muddin' down in the desert after school one day. There was this one long stretch of dirt road that went off onto this abandoned landing strip that I'd been trying to find recently, but the problem was that I couldn't remember how to get there. After a few minutes of searching, I found the dirt road that went to the landing strip. I decided to gun it a bit and drive at 45 mph over the dirt road, with my Jeep bouncing up and down all over the place. I noticed two consecutive small bumps ahead in the road and thought they were small enough for me to just speed over. I hit the first bump, went up, went down a bit, went up a bit more (after a hard landing), and went down really hard. The rear end of my Jeep lifted up as I suddenly watched the ground in front of me get closer. The Jeep then fell back onto it's rear axle and I rejoiced at how close that really could have been.
My friend ran me over by accident with his bike when we where like 5-6. I fell to the ground and smashed my head on 3 small stone pieces wich made 3 holes in my head, wich bled like hell. According to my mom i lost alot of blood. ALOT.
And once when i was 3, i was in the back of my granddads car, and i found a box off really old pills wich i of course began to ate. I was close to death that time to.
waking up with a red back spider on my arm D8

Why 'of course'? It's hardly a logical action to eat pills that you find
