Given the budget, Cameron should've spent at least 10,000 dollars on a Test Group seeing if they liked the plot idea. I bet everyone would've said they'd have wanted the Protagonist to be an "Avatar" in a fucking suit of Power Armor then an alien, would've been 100x more badass AND more realistic!

Considering they put so much effort into making realistic and believable alien species, they all look like a child has come up with them testing out a new paint set. They're all so bloody colourful and mis-shapen. I can understand its on another planet, but Mars is another planet and you know how dull that place is. Same goes for Felucia from star wars.
