Can you do a bit more than disagree? I gave a short but simple reason and that was that there wouldn't be force involved in capitalism.
with capitalism there is far too much room for corruption, and it makes it difficult for complete automation of jobs
i disagree, capitalism and free trade are not the way forward for us, but a resource based economy
What is resource based economy? Many places have little to no resources, does it mean they would have little to no economy?

This is what he means, the video takes 15 minutes, but is the essential information for it.

There's plenty of room for corruption on the other end of the spectrum as well though. Corruption (specifically, the desire for power) is natural in humans, and it will never go away.

The desire for power (one of the key influences in humans) IS natural. Person a will always want to be superior to person b, because they want to be. It's why something like communism may work theoretically but practically it will never work. The desire for power will never be suppressed, politics is still prone to it and it comes in the form of corruption.
show me proof

If you've ever had a dream of being someone famous, a high up in the management of a business or holding a title such as prime minister, you have displayed the desire for power.
You know it's kind of funny that your avatar has a pony that appears to be wearing a ushanka, with I believe an emblem of the Soviet Union on it. A nation that was absolutely full of corruption, and earlier you went on to propose that an economy on the other end of the spectrum is more prone to corruption.

I would say that your avatar fits perfectly for what he said, because it made no sense.
I actually found a post i made about globalization back in 2007, my opinion still stands though
"I think that Globalization is a good concept, it's bringing people closer.
But why does it feel like we are becoming more distant from everyone?
You go to a big city and if you say Hi to a random person in the streets, they will either ignore you, laugh at you, or even freak out, you guys are getting my point?
In comparison, in smaller communities like suburbs or rural villages, people would greet you probably with hugs, invite you to dinner, etc etc.
We have the Internet, we have cell phones, we have TV, we have everything we need, we are slowly becoming one large super-culture, This is bad, this is really bad!
I hate fashion, i hate trends, it makes me sick, in a few hundreds of years (If we don't destroy ourselves meanwhile) everyone will literally be the same. Hundreds of languages will meet the same fate as Latin, hundreds of cultures will fall into the abyss that is our history books!
The reason that this is all happening is written in our genes, our minds crave to fit in society, make no mistake, globalization is the result of our primitive instincts.
Overall i think Globalization is underrated, and my opinion is that it's going to ruin the legacy of future generations."
You're talking about urbanization, which is the migration of people from small towns to large ones. You can still live in a small town and be completely connected to the outside world through communication and trade.
I think you don't have any idea what you're talking about.
Globalisation is both a good and a bad thing. It depends upon how human react with it.
The issue with globalisation is that nations believe that they can remain solely sovereign over their one spot on earth without being effected completely by what happens in the other part of the other.
If you are well schooled in societal evolution you will agree that the most obvious next stage in the evolution of society is the unification of humanity under a global federation. Preserving the cultural identity, but consolidating humanity under a single banner. It is time for that we are all united and that we should work together as a single race.
Throughout human history we have steadily advanced from the basic building blocks of society to ever more advanced systems and this is the next logical step. In the beginning individuals come together as a family unit, the basic building block of society.
As time progressed families learned to work together and eventually formed the basis of the tribal system.
As further time progressed tribes consolidated power under a single chieftain becoming a tribal federation,
then city-states,
then city states consolidated into kingdoms and empires,
then kingdoms and empires evolved into modern nation states.
The next step will be a federated world commonwealth.
oh how i could lose hours in these topic...
not getting involved unfortunately
