Apparently the most comforting thing is to listen to music that suits your mood, and from what I experienced, It makes the music a lot more valid if it's powerful enough, makes it mean a lot to you, but I'm not so sure it makes you feel better. Doesn't irritate you though like happy music can.

I almost NEVER eat breakfast, because I wake up late and lunch is only 2 hours away.
