thanks team pascall lol will they show me the types of swimming? because i know for some parts you have to swim a specific way and i can't match up names with the correct maneuvers i.e breastroke, etc

Depends on where you're applying I think. Some places, you have to know everything already, some places will teach you some things if you're rusty.
