Here in Regina there is this hobo in this back street by a Petro-Can that i seem to run into a lot, one time he was riding his bike when a car came up behind him so he moved out of the way, he must have been drunk because he somehow fell over and mumbled some gibberish then got up and kept riding in a swervy line. I've been to Toronto, lots of hobos there.

Was he wearing a Santa hat? I've never seen the infamous "Zanta" myself, but I've heard stories from people here who have. He's a crazy dude who wears a Santa hat all year round and does push-ups in the middle of the street. I hear he's always being arrested for shit and that his wife and daughter were murdered. Then again, urban legends are crazy sometimes.
