Hahaha, I HATE when people do that. It's like, why would you add me on Facebook if you're afraid to make eye contact with me? But awesome <3 Mm. The tango is especially hot. It's hot just to think about.
I heard it takes two to tango. What do?
I heard it takes two to tango. What do?
Come to my house baby, we can tango all over the house. Then we can have sex in the kitchen, just because.
You have to take me to dinner first.
Ha. I almost can't tell if that was a serious question turned funny or not.
You have to take me to dinner first.
McDonalds Dollar Menu here we go.
You're so romantic.
My dad tries to take me dancing at these clubs with really old people who hit on me and then get me McDonalds off the dollar menu. Seriously.
Oh also, I'm going to enter Holland's Got Talent if I've got time this year, if not. Then I'll simply wait 2 years extra and I'll participate in So You Think You Can Dance. I'll learn a bit of ballet and breakdancing in those 2 years. The only dance style I've fully mastered now is popping.
Popping looks so cool. And good luck! My friends auditioned for those shows and explained the process to me. It's incredibly brutal.
Every week 1 or 2 times in the club! And when i'm spinning the decks i like to groove to it aswell! :')

You have to go in and do something incredible. Something big and perfect. And plan to have more material ready than you need.

I'm going to enter with a friend, he can do a lot of creepy stuff with his body. Like putting his shoulder blade out of it's position. I can do backflips and a kneefloat. Oh and I'm learning the planche position, cause that's impressive, too.
Hey guys, is it OK for 16 yr 6&1/2 feet tall guy to start going to dance class? I mean like jumpstyle, breakdance or streetdance...
Hey guys, is it OK for 16 yr 6&1/2 feet tall guy to start going to dance class? I mean like jumpstyle, breakdance or streetdance...
Of course it is. I know this 12 year old who does that shit that looks like you're moonwalking all over the pavement with his 18 year old brother. Dance is ageless. I think it's better to teach yourself, though, but that's just me.
I've been doing Swing dancing (East Coast / Charleston / Lindy) and Ballroom (Waltz / Quickstep / Foxtrot / Tango / Cha-cha / Rumba / Samba / Jive) since the beginning of last semester. A year ago I was really awkward and would never have imagined myself doing this...now I can't really imagine life without it. Dance really is amazing. Swing is definitely the most accessible and the most fun in the short term. Ballroom takes a lot more work and is way more competitive. But both are really open to any age range...especially in swing, I've danced with a lot of really much older folks, as well as younger, anyone can get in to it and be accepted.
Guys, do you know what is the 2:23 footwork called? Or the whole style from 2:00? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y-iKWe-U9bY
Top rock. A staple move in break dancing.
Thank you so much, I just googled it and it's AWESOME!
Oh my god, I'm exhausted. Four hours of rolling around on the ground today. All for the sake of having something modern that looks nice. @_@
I've always been into dancing since I was 8 years old. Mostly hip-hop dances like cripwalking, krumping, and jerking. Now that music production/mixing is my main interest, I DJ dance now :P. Fingerpoints and fist pumping all day now!
I would like to say that 1 song dances like, Crank dat, Walk it out, Dougie, and Jerking. ARE NOT DANCES. It's the same thing over and over again, has no creativity, and is only one series of movements.

Yes, I must say, that although I don't care for those at all, they are legitimate dance movements. Think of what would be a ballet combination- plie, releve, cache cache plie. Ballet tends to use repetition to drive home the movement sequence in the audience's mind, and so although it would be repeated, it would look grateful. I can't say I know much about those movements but I believe they're going by the same premise. Watching a movement once, it flies right by. Watching it twice, you understand it a bit better. Watching it three times, you can develop an opinion on it and fully see what's happening.
Ankle injuries! Can't shuffle right now ):
D: That sucks. Be very gentle. I can give you some exercises to do if you need help.

[editline]6th March 2011[/editline] in my opinion of course. Everyone moves differently, jerks will be jerks and elitist bboys will be elitist bboys.
