I was wearing my Wish You Were Here t-shirt at school, and I got 3 comments from people who probably have never heard of Pink Floyd: "Pink Floyd sucks" "Pink Floyd blows" and my personal favorite, "That shirt is gay."
i'm not all for album cover t-shirts.
i'm not all for album cover t-shirts.
I dunno, I'd wear a T-shirt with a Fear Factory album cover on it.
Sporting my Slayer shirt and I had so many remarks about how I was a Nazi Satanist it wasn't even funny. Also, someone today said that Les Claypool was a terrible bassist and Buckethead should give up guitar. :suicide:
No one ever comments on my Chopin shirt.

Yeah, it's his old home. It's on my bucket list, for sure.

A former friend of mine said that I listened to music that no one likes, he listens to Falling in Reverse mind you. I replied saying that Dance Gavin Dance is the good kind of post-hardcore and that they blew Falling in Reverse out of the water and he replied with "Oh is that so? Too bad no one listens to them or wants to listen to them." It's not the worst thing I've heard but it still kind of irritates me to think about it since he thinks he knows a ton about music.
You said something dickish and he retaliated
rofl, referring to something as the ''good kind of <genre>'' is just as bad if not worse.
You said something dickish and he retaliated
oh yeah I forgot to add the backstory. fixed.
rofl, referring to something as the ''good kind of <genre>'' is just as bad if not worse.
I'm sick and my grammar is fucked at the moment.
You got in a pissing contest with an idiot
You got in a pissing contest with an idiot
Which is like the funnest thing ever.
seems more like it
Not really the worst thing I've heard, but I hate it when people refer to someone's best album as their "Sgt. Pepper" album. Firstly, it wasn't anywhere near their best imo and secondly, most of the albums sound nothing like Sgt. Pepper. It's a load of ass.
A lot of people confuse popular with good and people name the whole album even if they only mean song off of it quite often.

Huh...it's like the only one I can listen to even two or three songs from. Then again I also hate the Beatles, so...

Then again; all of their albums could contend for that; such things are just matters of opinion.
I think The Beatles is their best album. Revolver is a close contender Everyone has their favourite.
"Haha, you listen to music by dead artists. That's lame." Something along that.
"Why don't you listen to real music like Lil' Wayne or Wiz Khalifa?" I almost lost my temper at that one today.
Because he told you to listen to real music or because he called Lil' Wayne and Wiz Khalifa real music would totally hang with Wiz Khalifa he is cool as fuck
"Why don't you listen to real music like Lil' Wayne or Wiz Khalifa?" I almost lost my temper at that one today.
well why don't you?
Really? Huh...it's like the only one I can listen to even two or three songs from. Then again I also hate the Beatles, so...
Well it's not about the music, it's just that it's always quoted when ANY band's best album pops up.
get higher than the voyager 1 son
for sure man for sure he spends like 10 grand a month on weed its crazy man
Most of the people in my year classify any music with electric guitar as 'rock' and then go on to say you can never hear what the singers saying because their always screaming in this so called all-encompassing 'rock' genre. Also AK'z I know this is later than pizza delivery from saturn but Gorillaz is actually two people. Most people only know Damon and not Jamie.
