This is definitely the saddest movie I've seen. It's a short film, but I GUARANTEE you'll cry. Please take the time to watch it. It's extremely moving.
The beginning of up got me teary, and the ending got me teary, and when the old man met his childhood hero I was :D until he got all crazy. I expected a kid movie, but damn that was just awesome.
None of the movies made me feel really sad, but for my girlfriend... she cries a river over this movie, Two Brothers.
Actually she cries tons of oceans on a lot of movies with either sad or super-too-awesome moments.
It was a semi-cheesy hallmark movie but w/e, Front of the Class. It's a movie about a teacher who has tourettes

This. Only film to nearly have me cry.
Forest Gump was quite sad too.
my ex girlfriend cried over the last star wars when Darth Vader died. (If that was a spoiler too bad you've had long enough to see that movie)
The Green Mile had my cry at the end.
Up was sad too I suppose.
Titanic
Fuck you I like it
Falling down. Sucks how "d-fens" ends up dying and his wife hating him. :/
After all that he went through, I felt really bad for d-fens, and nearly cried when he was killed.
The pursuit of happiness was pretty sad too
Bambi
Brian's Song
Grave of the Fireflies(this one really should come with a warning)
City Lights(maybe the earliest of the really sad movies, but has Charlie Chaplin so it's funny too- crazy movie!)
American History X
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
Schindler's List
