For pushups and body weight exercises, you could always buy weighted vests, and buy a pull up bar and get a chain you can attach weights to. But only add weight till you can do 15-20 at a time.
I'm in need of some advice as well. I'm skinny as fuck and would like to do body weight exercises in my spare time. I KNOW WEIGHT LIFTING IS BETTER. I just don't have money for a gym and I don't want to become Arnold Schwarzenegger, I'd just like to have a better looking body. I guess I'll start out with the 100 push ups, 200 pull ups and 200 squats. Any suggestions?
yes, add resistance however you can
Just taking a wild guess but I assume wearing a backpack with something like weights in would add resistance in case anyones wondering. Could also use stuff like bottles of water I guess.
