Never understood why the running animation looks like shit.
Because asset reuse. [editline]2nd November 2011[/editline]
I don't even care about CoD but I think it's more innovative than your post.
Yes it's finding new and amazing ways to milk idiots. So innovative!
I hope they don't make much money from this game, because if they do, there just giong to get it into there heads that they is the type of game they'll always profit from and that people like, and remake it over, and over and over...
Actually thought it was just MW2 footage till I saw the devs talking about it. Are they even the real devs? Judging by the amount of people who left Infinity Ward I wouldnt be surprised if these guys were the cleaners or something.
It's really amazing to see how similar they are, if you took that video and changed the title and removed the people talking, you would've fooled me.

The fact that someone needs to state that they're not on an 'anti-COD bandwagon' to not get besieged by fanboys when they state their opinion (and sometimes even then) says a lot about either how many people 'bandwagon' against the franchise now or how violently defensive the fans are about the series. Maybe both. In any case, i'm generally fearing why [new] Infinity Ward and Sledgehammer Studios aren't even creating many new assets. I know they're trying to put effort into reworking the multiplayer system and its balances, and the Call of Duty games are generally solid if not easy to burn out from because of how similar the stuff is if you play for too long (self-speaking there, for some might not have this problem); but despite these efforts, the game looks the same. Same assets, same [general] animations, same sounds. There are new or alternative additions to the gameplay, no doubt about it. But besides a few alternate or 'new' gun models, it really feels.. Cheap, to see an expensive, $60, high-profile and 'critically acclaimed' title essentially look the exact same, with slight changes here or there, as its predecessors we've been playing for the past few years already. And to be pay that much for what feels less like a real sequel and more like a full-priced expansion pack or whatever, really irks me as a consumer.

It just shows you how weak the industry is to the bigger dogs.
BRAND NEW I like how every new gamemode was described as "Similar to"
Is this not already old news? Maybe I should go ahead and be a troll and just say... BattLefieLD 3 pWnZzz Mw3. I'd like to see where you're getting this information. PROTIP: People who vocally dislike something usually dislike that thing. "BattLefieLD 3 pWnZzz Mw3. This is literally the worst possible argument to come up with.
KILL CONFIRMED

who wants this shit anyway, save money for gta v or something jeez
Fool, people who buy call of duty nowadays don't need to save money, their funds come directly from mommy and daddy's wallet.
Holy shit I had no idea it was this ridiculously... the same as MW2.
I think MW3 looks pretty good. The dogtag system is pretty neat. [sp]anyone who disrespects my opinion can blow me.[/sp]
Yeah, and it was stolen from Crysis 2!
The entire kill confirm system seems already spoiled by the fact even if you don't pick up the dogtags, you're still in a winning position because you still win experience and personal points. Even if they aren't credited to the team, you still win, which is incredibly stupid because the whole idea behind kill confirm is normally to force you to be a bit more tactical and not reward you if you blindly kill everyone in sight.

But otherwise, it's quite literally Team Deathmatch with forcing to pick things up to confirm your kills, which teammates of your enemies can prevent. Which isn't really tactical, just drawn out. Infact, knifers and close-range players will probably have a distinct advantage due to being able to pick up tags that much faster, and it discourages sniping massively. Of course, some hate sniping enough to think of that as a good factor.
Honestly I thought it was MW2 at first glance, until I saw the guys talking

Holy shit they used the words "New" and "added" like 200 times. I think they're starting to realize how little they really have. They're backpedaling.
This is beyond a bad game, like, this should be illegal how similar this is.
Not even kidding i hit play on the video and i really thought it was a new mw2 mappack
why does every developer of this game that shows up in a video have an earring
why do facepunchers keep making cod and justin beiber threads we get it, you don't like something, do you need to remind everyone every 15 minutes
