sorry, my post was badly worded.
some policemen are chill, and would just tell people stuff like they shouldn't be smoking here etc.
most people would react in a positive way to that, while others are like "fuck da police holla holla!".
i would just go around arresting people who acted like that.

because if they're smoking in front of a cop, and people sees that you're not doing anything about it, you might end up getting into trouble with your boss.

because unfortunately as of now, it is illegal, and cops still do have to do their jobs, even if you're somehow bothering people by just smoking, and politely asking you to leave is the best outcome of that situation.

yes I know but we are arguin about cops being dicks by enforcing laws that they dont agree with, and if they are asking you to move even though they actually dont agree with it, that is partially enforcing a law that they dont agree with
