i wouldnt even say its that, he just assumes the slightest confrontation toward him is hostile. Whenever someone is like "dude that wasnt cool man" hes like "WHATEVER, GOD WHY ARE U GUYZ GANGING UP ON ME I DIDNT DO NOTHING" and people get turned off like 'wtf is wrong with this guy'.
This is a stretch but in adolescent development i learned about how kids who are bullied or abused gain a sort of negative way of thinking where they assume any action toward them (like bumping into someone in a hallway) is hostile and was intended to hurt them. Even if its an accident like the aforementioned example, they will treat it as a threat and meet it with hostility, kind of like blowing up on someone for doing something small, or by accident. This usually perpetuates it and they get labelled as a problem child which further adds to it, and then they accept the label as being a 'thug' or 'delinquent' and act even more as such.

Sounds to me like he's just a spoiled brat, who thinks the world revolves around him, he has like every game on steam. And when someone has a confrontation, if it's slightly negative, the thought process is "oh my god, how could someone say something like that to me? I was told I was perfect" just a thought, and either way, he doesn't belong on here clearly.
