It's legal to carry on you in person, however not legal to light one up in public unless you are at a approved site such as the coffee shops or if you're in your home, you're good to go. And you also get permitted to grow i believe 1-2 plants. But it's not like you'll get beat up by some cops if you light one in public. In fact i don't even think most people will care.
