Dunno where you live so I dunno what your used to, but Hash in Mainland Europe is a lot better than most places (and certainly a hell of alot better than Irish Hash[its a bit of a stretch to even call it hash]) and I'd assume Holland would have some of the best of the best quality stuff.

I'm from Holland, but i've moved ~10 times between Australia and Holland. I started smoking in Holland, so I grew up with that quality. The stuff my brother got was fire too (coffee shop owner knows my brother, so he gets good deals :dance: )
