I'm in the same boat. I'm becoming more and more disconnected from people and reality as a whole I suppose. My hatred of others is at a steady incline, and I often fantasize about people breaking into where ever I am and just shooting me and everyone up, and how I would react in such a situation. All that I seem to think of is preposterous scenarios that I will most likely never encounter.
