Just step back, honestly. I watched my own mother slowly kill herself with alcohol and it was only after her burial that I realized how much time I wasted just sitting around and being worried. If your dad isn't willing to get help then that's his choice, see it as a motivation to make something great out of your own life.

Spent last night smoking a 20 bag with my boyfriend. Awesome night gonna smoke the resin when im free.
tripped on 70mg MXE last night. everything was well during the peak but about an hour in the afterglow i started getting the spins/nausea/lightheadded because i was walking around the house too fast and turning my head too fast so i threw up part of my dinner. after that everything was well, i just felt really tired and confused so i went to sleep. woke up 4 hours later at 4 AM and felt like a million bux
