Why do people use question marks when answering questions sometimes? Like you'd ask the age of someone and they reply by "saying" "18?". Makes them look dumb IMO.

20 dollars is a completely unidentifiable thing that could've been blown kilometres away from where the owner dropped it
my board was something heavy and it was leaning against a fence; it was worth way more so imo it was more likely for someone to come get it
tbh if I saw a board just sitting at a tram stop I would've taken it to the nearest public transport depot and turned it in (they might have done that; the depot's not open until Monday so I have a little hope)

I think people do it because they think that the answer to the question must be obvious because they know the answer and if they know the answer then it must be obvious what it is to everyone else.

My younger brother (13) had drug related problems, and honestly, I would have done the exact same thing that your older brother did. I love my lil brother too much to allow him his freedom. When he's my age and more responsible and shows he can handle it, then he'll be free to do so. My parents know I smoke and they're fine with it but that's because they know they can trust me.
