Hardly anyone makes christmas songs anymore, that's the problem.
People these days don't want chirstmas songs. They want songs about drugs and bitches, and blasting cops away with your shooter.
Fuck yeah. Awesome idea.
Angel of Death by Slayer would be a far more appropriate Christmas Number 1.
Doesn't beat last years effort where everyone tried to rickroll the chritmas charts. We got to number 5 in iTunes chart.
Rage Against the Machine is for angsty Ché Guevera Tshirt wearing college liberal pot smokers Fuck you, I won't do my homework.
Doesn't beat last years effort where everyone tried to rickroll the chritmas charts. Last year people were trying rickroll, that other version of Hallelujah (Forgotten who sang it), and a few others. If everyone just combined then these things could succeed, but people always try to just steal an idea and make a seperate effort. People should just agree on one song that would be funny to have as Number 1 and make it happen.
Rage Against the Machine is for angsty Ché Guevera Tshirt wearing college liberal pot smokers Fuck you, I won't do my homework.
I have a T-Shirt with a picture of Ché Guevera on the front. [editline]05:44PM[/editline] It reads: Ché is gay. Because commies suck ass.
Name one.
Pink Floyd, Megadeth, Metallica, CCR, Slayer, Little Richard, Skid Row, Ted Nugent, Damn Yankees, Cinderella, Twisted Sister, Rush, Iron Maiden, Boston, Kansas, Bob Segar, Steve Miller...
Replace Rage Against with Iron Maiden or Megadeth.
I will be doing this. Fuck X-Factor!
When I heard that the song the winner was going to sing was "Don't stop believing" I thought the show might actually redeem itself. Then I heard it was changed to "The Climb" by Miley Cyrus. A lot of my friends actually care about the X-Factor, but I stopped watching after John and Edward got knocked out, and I count "watching" as asking my sister who got knocked out this week.
Replace Rage Against with Iron Maiden or Megadeth.
I demand "The Trooper". Oh and we can't forget Journey, Glenn Miller, Louis Armstrong, Pantera, Steel Panther, KIX, KISS, Vixxen...
I demand "The Trooper". Oh and we can't forget Journey, Glenn Miller, Louis Armstrong, Pantera, Steel Panther, KIX, KISS, Vixxen...
Hallowed Be Thy Name is better though, a lot of songs from Iron Maiden that everyone knows, aside from Hallowed, aren't near as good as some of the songs half of Facepunch has never heard of. I would highly recommend listening to an entire maiden album in one sitting if you haven't already EDIT: why the fuck not.
fuck you i wont do what you tell me
I'm sorry, but http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5hVEdE0O5tA
RATM=sellouts. They say its all in protest, but if it really was in protest, they would give it out for free.
fuck you i wont do what you tell me
Especially put this into the charts
Couldn't they have picked something like Muse. Something that I can bare hearing.
You like the wailing and half decent music of Muse but you don't like one of the most killer bands of the '90s? [editline]01:45PM[/editline]
RATM=sellouts. They say its all in protest, but if it really was in protest, they would give it out for free.
They gotta live comfortably since touring and studio time doesn't exactly allow for them to have regular jobs.
I'm game. There's around 70,000 people in the facebook group... how many will it take to get it to number 1?
I bet Rage Against the Machine put this whole thing together, and it's only working because angsty teens are stupid.
I bet Rage Against the Machine put this whole thing together, and it's only working because angsty teens are stupid.
Would not surprise me, anything for PR these days. Lousy fucks.
Name one.
Although i do like RATM, i do like Led Zeppelin even more so
RATM aren't the "best band ever" but you can't say their instrument playing and lyrics are bad. Also, the thread is about RATM because they're against conformism and don't like how the world is, not because they're a good band you'd prefer to see get Xmas No.1.
Also, the thread is about RATM because they're against conformism and don't like how the world is,.
Haha oh wow, 12 year old detected.
What are you talking about ratm symbolise the protest against the commercialisation of the music industry perfectly. FUCK YOU I WONT DO WHAT YOU TELL ME etc
only a child could believe that
