What is your stance on 'stealing' or taking lost items?

The earlier today i was in an ice cream shop and i seen money on the floor and i was like a hawk. Ice cream in hand picked up the 20 and was on my way. If i asked who dropped the money i wouldnt know who to believe, and i dont feel bad, i didnt steal from anybody.
