hello
There should be a post rating for "Scary" :ohdear:
Jesus fucking christ this is nightmare fuel.
I know how to get rid of these creepy things.
When i started High School, my parents let me live in the basement, which was fully carpeteed and everything. But it had dozens on the little fuckers. SO! I paid attention to where i saw them though, always in the bathroom sink/shower/cabinet or running along the walls in the living room. It seemed they didnt like the open to much so i went to the store and bought some normal mouse glue traps. I stuck about 10 around my livingroom bathroom and kitchen. Later that week when I got home from school there would be about 2-3 fighting for survival. And then i would replace the trap. Set it up again. And there would be more. After a week though, there were only about 3 out of 7 pads occupied, and no more than 1 per pad. I havn't seen one for 2 years.
HAPPY HUNTING!!!
might be 3 days late, but its a "thousand legger"
thats what we call them in new jersey
This is gross to see on an LCD-HD TV.

I have these in my bookshelf they seem to eat away at my book but back on topic those bugs seem fucking scary :wtc:
According to cracked, it's a cross between a centipede, a spider and everything that's wrong with the world.
Omg that bug is fucking creepy!
i had one of these in my room once. i turned on the light and i saw it go through the tiniest opening between my wall and floor.
Way too many fucking legs.
imo millipedes aren't as bad as centipedes.

That's what I'm thinking.
Did a little research, I'm guessing they may be related to this order:

D'Awwwwww
Certainly is a species of centipede. The Japanese keep them as pets, so I've heard. They like moisture so if your house is damp, get a de-humidifier or else you'll start to see them by the dozen. I've some how killed them off in my basement... so far. Their also fucking cannibals. Two of them got stuck on a piece of duct tape in my room and one ate the other. Easily one of the creepiest bugs I've ever seen... ever.

They keep them because they remove other more harmful pests from your house, and kill cockroaches.
I personally enjoy the presence of critters like this. Silverfish, Cockroaches, Ants and other pests, I do not enjoy.
They eat bedbugs.
I remember seeing one of those on a Japanese Bug Fighting website.
It got the shit kicked out of it by a species of Rhinocerous Beetle. I'll try and find the link...
Had one of these little creeps in one of the glasses when I went on holiday in France... Thanks God I checked to see what was in there.
axe spray + lighter
Kill it with fire mate ;P
Now that I know it eats bugs and (even worse than them) spiders I am sad I killed him now :(
Edit: But god dammit it had to pop up when I was pooping.
Edit 2: Why couldn't I find it in a hallway or something it just had to be right where I shower and and stuff in the morning.
For those who had been seeking an answer to this, they hang around sinks and stuff because they absolutely LOVE moisture. So if you really want to go hunting, search under the sinks, in the bathroom, and under the heaters if you have a water-based heating system.
Under the Stand Your Ground law many states in the US have, you are allowed to kill it, especially since it committed a B&E as well
