Depends where you live. I believe MUFC lives in Northern Ireland and I live... west-coast Canada.
If you live East Coast USA/Canada or somewhere closer, it should be faster.

I didn't PM him for at least a week or two just to be sure I wasn't being a pain in that ass for him. I just wanted to see where it was because I am going on a trip soon and don't want it sitting out on my porch for anyone to steal.

When we ordered my dad's $2000 build from Newegg, they came to drop it off and we weren't home and we left a note on the side on the doorbell to leave it at the neighbor's house.
What do I find when I come home? That's right. Every single piece of equipment laying there on my front steps in the scorching heat and humidity for who knows how long.

perhaps the delivery guy is under policy to only leave it at the intended house, something tells me even if he saw the note, he was unable to comply with it since that could lead to some mix ups, thus, company policy to only leave it where the address says.

That's odd. You should contact newegg about that. They should not be leaving computers at your door-step. Whenever I order something, if I'm not home, they leave a note and hold it at their office.
Most likely, the delivery guy was lazy.
