I had exactly the same thing a few months ago when I was going through a bad spell of panic and anxiety. My advice would be to take a few weeks off from smoking pot and just enjoy yourself doing whatever you do normally and just clear your mind. When you go back to smoking some pot, just put small amounts of weed in the joint and smoke slowly and take a few hits and relax. Make sure you're in a cool place and you have some good songs playing and whenever you smoke again just add a tiny bit more weed if you want to get a bit more high.
If a panic attack does come about again, at least you'll know what to expect. I would advise looking up proper breathing techniques online somewhere, I found some great techniques that helped me. It sounds silly but just calm, slow breathing and fresh air and water can make a panic attack go away and make sure who ever youre smoking with, tell them youre having a panic attack but everything is cool and you need air, I'm sure they'll understand. Remember, anxiety doesnt last forever and when panic attacks come about you know how to deal with them. I can get the panic rush and get rid of it in 10 minutes or so.

Another good way to get rid of anxiety if you ever have it is to take a huge deep breath and then when youre holding your breath, tense and really tense every muscle you can in your body from your toes to your shoulders, works like a charm!

the spinning is the worst, and i was so white someone took a picture of me, i was literally the color WHITE, like, i was snow white, it was so fucking weird.
something like that happened to me to. everything became black around me. my friends said my eyelids became purple and i became very pale and i sat there without any emotion. they said get some fresh air and walk it off quick! so i tried but i fel on the ground luckly my friends took me up. that was my worst moment with weed it happened because i dindt eat a whole day.;)

I'll take a break from smoking for a couple of weeks, and then get some more bud seeing as Halloween is coming up, and then see what happens. I'll make sure I smoke a little less, and I'll take a few minute breaks after hits.
thats why i dont smoke weed because it gave me schizophrenia and permanent brain damage so now I only shoot steroids in my asshole.
happens to me when i get really high, but I can calm myself down just by thinking that no one has ever died of being high on weed and that im just high on a drug, there is nothing bad going to happen and i just need to chill the fuck out

Oh dude thats the biggest mistake you could make. I had some of these experiences when i was a first timer. One time was so hard, i needed to take a walk for 4 hours. And it was like you said before during this experience i was slightly overwhelmed by anxiety but i had a good friend with me who helped me, thats also very important you should ask someone with more experience to help you. And after this experience i thought "wow i will never get high like this again and i will never smoke weed again" but then i thought i should keep it as an good experience and yes i've never been high like this again, because after this incidend i knew how to handle the effects. You should try it once again at least, get a good friend and a nice setting nothing stressful. And dont smoke too much, start low. If you're starting to feel the anxiety make clear that its just a feeling, you cant change it and its important to deactivate your brain, just let it flow. But if you are feeling bad again you really should take a break.
justtin my advice to you is before you smoke weed is to eat something like chocolate or candy that contains much sugar but dont eat to much ofcourse. also its important to get often some fresh air
and laugh alot and have fun. :)

I greened out last week, it was really horrible. I was completely burnt out for fitness class two days later too :(
One time me and my buds smoked some weed we had picked up from a guy we never met in our lives, we ended up smoking laced weed. It was the worst trip ever, it felt like bloodclots were forming in my legs and my veins were filling with un-sanitary blood. It was terrible, get to know whos selling you weed, where he gets it from etc. Theres nothing worse than having a dealer sell you weed he picked up from some random dude that he hasn't even tested yet. If your dealer grows his own pot, thats straight A's
Some people might like that kind of high. It just seems like you've never felt that way before and it caught you off guard, so that's why you panicked. I had the same problem with an indica strain, so I don't necessarily think it's the type of weed that matters. It can just be really unpredictable. Sometimes I get blazed on the same amount that usually just gets me buzzed. I'm not sure why it happens, but it does, and you've just got to be prepared for the possibility before you smoke.
My advice to you would be the next time you start freaking out when you're high, remember that it's temporary and you won't feel that way forever. Distract yourself with something if laying down in a quiet room doesn't help. Try to embrace the high instead of resisting it so much. Listen to music that calms you down, watch something on TV (nothing heavy or depressing), or if it's bad enough, have your friend talk you down.

The second time I smoked pot started out alright, but then I became super tired and passed out on the couch trying to listen to some comedian whose jokes I couldn't follow because I couldn't remember what he just said. Anyways, I got this funny feeling in my chest and woke puking all over the place. I ended up hovering over the can for a good half hour before the feeling went away and I could dislodge the bits of peach that were stuck in my nasal passage.
