Wait I thought you had to shampoo frequently and condition infrequently
In some cases shampooing lots will kind of kickstart your scalp's oil production but for me that just results in a lot of split ends and dull hair.
You kind of have to experiment and just find whatever works for your own hair
I'm three dimensional but sometimes I act like a line segment
Evernote just fucked me over and uploaded several copies of a 5mb note, burning up all of my monthly usage
Thanks evernote
so apparently i'm visiting miami next week to check out the university of miami
i've never even been to that corner of the country except once when i was 8 for disney world. should be interesting.
Lol wow you aren't considered passing unless you get a C?
Every school I know of is at least a minimum of a D is required to pass a class. Of course D's are bad for your GPA so you don't want to get them but if you happen to be taking a class in a subject you really struggle with, it's not like you have to be a wizard in the subject to pass it.
It doesn't sound like sumemr classes are an option tbh if you have no way of getting to school feasibly. You might just have to graduate "late" (theres no such thing really). Ive never taken summer classes because it gets in the way of work, the scedules for summer classes are way to intense to make it worth it (i.e. getting up at 7am 5 days a week for three hours for a month, all for one class), they tend to be more expensive, and I have to pay them entirely out of pocket since financial aid doesn't apply to them.
That's the thing, i technically did pass the class. I received the credits, however i did not pass it sufficiently to count as me having satisfied a pre-requisite.
Also, summer classes are an option. I can get here, it's just going to be roughly an hour and 40 or so minute commute. When i was in highschool i took 3 busses each morning and had a morning commute of 50 minutes. The funny thing though i'll be taking that same path i took to get to highschool but after the 2nd bus i take 2 trains.
I don't care if i have to graduate late, technically speaking my degree is a five year degree that is commonly completed in 4 years. But the issue is that since i did not sufficiently pass this math class, i can't take the next level of it. I need to complete that level so i can take and complete a third level class. Until i complete that third level math class i can't take a single one of my major related courses as they require the third level (which is pre calc). I'm taking one math class one summer semester, the second the second. About 3 weeks ago they changed the curriculum as well and originally i would be able to take my next major course after having completed the second level math, now i need the third level class so ill be taking that in my fall semester. So at the very best case scenario i can start taking my major courses again spring 2014.
It's a cruel irony in that i can do calculus, but i can't do algebra.
Anyways, i feel kind of bad. I haven't been sleeping too well at all and i got done class early today and crawled into bed to sleep. My friend called me and was like "oh hey, man, you like greenday right?"
"Yeah sure, you know my stance on them though (we had this long conversation about it before)"
"well i have two tickets and my friend that was originally going said he's not sure, if he doesn't go would you?"
"Yeah sure i'll go"
"all right woo, awesome glad this ticket wont go to waste"
"when is it?"
"tonight at 7"
I look at my clock and it's 5:40 and im still in my bed half asleep. So i called him back and said like if he can't find anyone else i guess ill go, because i didn't want to just say no because he sounded so relieved when i said i'd take it. He wasn't able to find anyone else and he calls me at like 6:20 and i just really don't want to go because i've just been exhausted lately among other reasons.
I honestly feel bad about it all.

That's a pretty good solution but Evernote has the advantage of making notes viewable on my phone, and the organization system is far better than Dropbox.

If you have android there are loads of apps that let you look at text files, you can also get browser plug ins to do the same so its literally just downloading the dropbox app, tap download and it opens in your browser or reader.
I started using Content Aware Scale in Photoshop.

Whose idea was it to give me Photoshop.

I used to use springpad but evernote is honestly the one one that doesn't have a total shit UI and works cross platform between my android tablet, windows phone and PC. Springpad used to be good but their new update that tried to make their UI all designer-y ended up making it not nearly as functional, extremely bloated and unstable.
It's stupid because for some reason evernote thinks people will actually pay their outrageous $45/yr premium fee to get half of the basic features you can get for free on any basic cloud storage service, and that every other note taking app on the market offers without any cost lol

Yeah but it's never as smooth as a single-app solution, and still doesn't handle the issue of sorting.

Evernote technically lets you store an infinite amount, they just limit monthly transfers. It's weird.
edit: limit is actually 100,000 notes

Nigra what chu talkin' bout.
You can easily make new folders for each class then name your notes by date or topic, you do the sorting via naming. It takes like an extra second and you need to title them regardless.

dropbox doesn't have tags and it doesn't do OCR in images so that's all my sorting basically broken from the start
Fair enough. I thought you were just complaining that it lobs all the files together. It sounded more like a user issue to me than anything.
Well, I guess linux is not my strength whatsoever. Just horribly failed a test, pass mark was 70%, I got 38%.
I think I should possibly move on to something else entirely.

What did the test cover?
I'm not too fluent in linux either, i just only started using fedora about 3 months ago but i'm just curious.

Doing enterprise level networking purely using command line.

Nah, I'm the kind of person who makes a huge mess when I need to rely on folders and filenames as my only sorting methods.
And the OCR is more or less essential since I have a bunch of digitized paper notes that I need easily searchable. (Evernote on your phone is great for this stuff, save all your receipts by just photographing them)

I can see the difficulty then.
There's something weird about command line for me. I get easily lost and confused on many levels with many things and get frustrated, but whenever im doing things through command lines like in cmd on windows or messing about in linux i have fun. I ACTUALLY have fun because i find it so fascinating to go back and have complete control over everything with just some lines of text entered in a window.
Back when i fucked over gnome when disabling optimus on my laptop and causing the display drivers to crash on start up, i had a (stressful) blast when fixing it all through commands. I hate it but love it so much.

I love linux when I self tecah myself on how to do things. It never confuses me when I am doing it that way, but when I have a class where I am being taught it, it is really hard for me to grasp.
Also class cancelled this afternoon, fuck yes!

that 60mb monthly limit. and hey, a fellow evernote user!
give google keep a try if you haven't done so already, it's the light weight note keeper.

It just takes some practice. When I first installed linux I had quite a bit of trouble navigating, I only used it for getting packages and building whatever project I'm on.
After about a year of using it, Windows 2x slower for me to navigate. I can move through everything so fast and it's so intuitive I love it. Once you start learning more commands everything becomes really fluid.
Then again I was kind of forced to learn it since I pushed myself to use Arch, instead of something like Ubuntu.

Also fuck AMD proprietary drivers on linux, they are the worst.
