There's a point in marriage where it's more out of convenience than romance. Sure there are exceptions, but it's not really a feasible thing, economically and socially, for many to simply go your separate way once the romance has died.

Do you really believe that everyone is marrying out of "convenience"? I'm not saying there aren't, I'm saying that true, loving relationships still very much exist, and to think that marriage these days is just a "thing" is a little ignorant.
