no matter how hard i try i can't lucid dream or even remember my dreams it pisses me off
also if you cbf repeating your mantra to yourself (mild) then just record yourself saying it about 10-20 times and then loop it on your phone/ipod/mp3/multimedia dildo
are you calling me a whore
No, I was calling the majority of the dreamviews community dumb. But since you didnt get it, I suppose you have joined the ranks of the retarded. [editline]21st December 2010[/editline]
Give it time. I dont even try for lucids much anymore. I let my sub "gift" them to me.
yeah me too, sadly enough
You guys remember the story where a woman couldn't fear anything because of a disease. What if there was a disease that eliminated dream logic?
i didn't make a recording of myself because I fell asleep. damnit At least I had a cool as hell dream
You ever have one of those dreams where you are in control, but sometimes it takes control of what you do for a short moment before offering control again? I had one of these. The dream started off as a normal one, it was like some kind of quick-pace slideshow of a red moon that was slightly destroyed, and some other images before suddenly awakening in a destroyed room that was tined by a red light coming through holes in the room. I had free control so I moved forward before looking outside, to my horror, i was in a destroyed room in a skyscraper, the wind whipping against my face as I looked at my surroundings. It was a large futuristic city, but the moon has turned into a bright red orange, like the eclipse yesterday, but alot brighter. The city was wrecked, before I could see more I saw a flying car crash into one of the supports of the platform I was on, causing me to start plummeting down the large building, hearing nothing but the wind past my ears. Suddenly I felt my body move on its own, my hand charged with some blue energy effect thing before shooting it at, a explosion going off before debris came down on me. The last part of it was my dazed body, without my control, laying against the ground under a bunch of debris, somebody stepped forward though and lifted it off of me with a blast, and dragged me off. The dream ended. Crazy shit man. EDIT: I should probably learn how to draw or animate CG. Or model. EDIT Deus: I also forgot to mention that I am getting some visual problems as of recent, like some random spots would be all fuzzy and multiple colors, not normal. If I go near it I begin to hear a static noise and the dream begins to break.
So a few days ago I had a dream where I rode a giant dove with an automatic grenade launcher mounted on it's back into battle against a giant crow while a giant battle raged around us. The dove flew at the crow and latched on, and we ended up in a death spiral. I survived unharmed, the crow died, and the dove was badly wounded. There was more leading up to that, but it's kinda fuzzy and disjointed. Anyways, awesome dream.

Pretty much, Focus on moving a finger back and forth slowly to stay aware, otherwise pretty much like WILD. Battery dead gotta make this quick bye.
I had about a 10 second lucid dream. I became aware and decided I'd try the walking through walls. I thought "what if nothing is there?" I sprinted at the wall and pretty much base jumped into pure black. The fact that I was stuck made me have to wake myself up. I can't create anything in dreams so I would have kept falling. can't say it wasn't a success seeing as it did exactly what I thought would happen
There is a leak in your map.
Check the compile log and post the errors the closest to an ld I ever was was: So, I woke up standing on some form of platform (I'm unsure what) suspended by thin air in the sky. I jumped down from this platform with my legs ridiculously static (like a video game) and plunged in to an area very similar looking to garry's mod's construct map. I hit the concrete hard, and this is where my memory gets clearer. I jumped up high in to the air, and landed on top of a short, red and white building. The weather at this point was overcast, blue, stormy and generally depressing. I stood up and realized I was lucid. Thoughts rushed through my head, but unfortunately, the immense feeling of "oh thank the lord I finally did it" got me so excited it woke me up. I have no idea why I remember that dream so vividly, and I have no idea what I was wearing or what I was standing on at the start. I'm hoping I can have even clearer experiences like it, because it felt awesome when I woke up. pasted from my dj [editline]22nd December 2010[/editline] lol i'm going to fuck my sub [editline]22nd December 2010[/editline] i swear to god if my sub turns out to be male
Alright, Just got done with school and have christmas holidays, so ima try and get back into lucid dreaming Can i record myself saying my mantra then just loop it as i fall asleep? Or should i try wild
Alright, Just got done with school and have christmas holidays, so ima try and get back into lucid dreaming Can i record myself saying my mantra then just loop it as i fall asleep? Or should i try wild
work on your recall first just take a normal nap and pour yourself a glass of juice or whatever cold drink you want take one sip before you sleep when you fall asleep you'll get an urge to drink it - don't then you should wake up after a dream - write down everything you remember about it do this for a few days and then try FILDing
I feel blind after I wake up, it's weird, like I can feel the dream but I can't see it.
I've had a break from trying to LD for a while. Back to trying :v:
does all of this herbal pill shit actually work
anybody do fild I know zin does because he's the one who told me about it
Oh man Fucking amnesia gonna fuck up my shit that fucking water level is so fucking scary
quicktime events
Just what I was thinking. Also had a dream that somewhat tied to my last one. I had like a small daze with my vision all blurry, the person before me was a girl with long white hair that strung all over her face and practically reached the floor, her eyes were white as fucking snow, or porcelin as it had some weird pinkish tint. She seemed focused on something as she talked with someone, the sound was all hollow though I couldnt even understand it, I felt my vision get worse as I heard her say "Oh god there he goes again." Then I woke up.
fucking nightmares Not good when you are trying to solve a puzzle your brain delightfully made up. Something to do with connecting numbers so that I get 21, somehow. The nightmare was freakishly unrealistic so I can forget it, hopefully.
Speaking of nightmares, I only just recently remembered a fucking weird one I had a few weeks ago. All I can remember is there were these weird, giant, brown, furry birds that invaded the town I was in. They ate my cat, had giant yellow beaks, and looked permanently :smug: . One specific scene I remember from that nightmare was being in the backseat of a car, and one of these fuckers were pecking at the window, and I shouted "GO THE FUCK AWAY LEAVE ME ALONE." Shit was weird.
Damn it brain, stop giving me short lucids about me falling over, damn it.
There is a leak in your map.
god damnit
does all of this herbal pill shit actually work
Actually, yeah. The ridiculous cocktail of pills that I'm on right now is giving me the best dream environment I've ever had. I don't know how much of it is commercially available, but here's what I'm on. Citalopram - I know for a fact you can't get this without a perscription, but it calms you down and makes your anxiety center chill the fuck out. Vitamin B Complex - Always good, as I've stated multiple times. B12 and B6 = good friends. Fish Oil Pills - Omega 3 is crazy good for your heart, and Omega 6 is great for your brain. Theanine Complex - Neurotransmitter that regulates aggression and negative thoughts. Good stuff. Basically I'm in dream heaven.
Didn't go lucid last night. Tried FILD without waking up (zin I blame you in this field :v:) 5-6 hours after for REM, didn't realize when I was falling asleep. Woke up in the morning very angry. Didn't even remember any dreams which weren't lucid. [editline]23rd December 2010[/editline] If I do go lucid, would saying "I will remember this dream when I wake up" in the dream actually help?
Had a very relaxing dream last night. It was mid summer, and all I did was lay on the ground and bask in the warm sunlight, while petting my grandmother's now dead dog, and talking with old friends and relatives. Nothing big or bad happened. I've been stressing due to christmas lately so maybe this dream was my brain telling me to relax.
I had a wonderful dream I was about to post. When I opened this thread it vanished from my head...
