It's all fun and games until one of your fetishes accidentally manifest in the dream.
The only dreams I ever remember are dreams that end abruptly.
I'm always about to die.
Then I wake up, and it takes me a second to realize what the fuck just happened.
I'm always falling, or running away from something. It's weird.
I've also never had a lucid dream.
What happens when you ask your subconscious what your greatest fear is? I never get lucid and will never try to do it, i just want to know how does it feel or what you see that scares that much.
Thanks fp.

You become traumatized and don't sleep for 2 days.
Apparently.

Across the thread's span, people have had different experiences with asking this. Some people get shown scenarios, but not necessarily their "greatest" fear. Some people's subs will be asked to show them, and the next moment they're waking up in fear but with no memory of the dream. It completely depends on if you yourself as a conscious body understand what your fear is, because your subconscious isn't an enigma, it's still you. That being the case, you must to some degree be aware of what you're afraid of already in order for it to manifest itself in your dream. Either that, or your brain might troll you and create some completely new hellbeast to haunt you forever. That's my opinion on it anyway. I'll go back to lurking now.

From what I saw I am guessing it was suicide in claustrophobic room.

I'm afraid if I ask my subconscious what my greatest fear is(that is when I manage to have a lucid dream :suicide: , I might end up being stuck in the dream forever to suffer whatever torture I give myself :ohdear:

Not curious at all
[editline]18th February 2011[/editline]
...maybe just a little
[editline]18th February 2011[/editline]
but not really
Then I had another dream before that, I was inside a woman's body but had no physical control over her actions... She sat in a bus for several minutes just sleeping, so it was literally several minutes of... Sleeping. Then she woke up and went into some building, a ton of guys congratulating her and she looks at this one pretty good looking guy and smiles. Then I fastforward with her and two other guys walking across a arch bridge made of ice with blue snow falling with glaciers coming out of the lake below, then one of the men hands her a gun.
My most recent dream was that it was WW3 and an ICBM was headed to the Eastern US, it was utter chaos for several minutes until the bombs fell and it was a really chilling empty feeling, I died in my dream and was dead until my alarm clock woke me up.
My previous dreams number very few but felt really cinematic in quality. They were very derivative and directly stealing from things that I found inspiring. I had a dream of Terminator 3 with a robot spartan as the T-101 and instead of Los Angeles it was a mix of New Mombasa and New Alexandria.
Before that I dreamed up an entire love story with this guy going all over the US to find some girl he fell in love with, only for her to have no idea who he was and completely shut him down... Its hard to explain.
Before my last dream I dreamed that a very large black woman riding a Harley in lingerie with a baby on the back seat drove up to my house. She came over to my doorstep and I asked her something, then I just start laughing hysterically and she walked away. This guy across the street kept staring at me and I couldn't stop laughing...
I don't know what this means.
Is the next OP actually going to be a good OP?
ugh wild failed me last night
i got to a point where i heard what i think were auditory hallucinations and at a few points my eyes were flashing if you know what i mean but i couldn't go any further
i got further before but i forgot how
maybe its because i was wearing earmuffs and headphones
God fucking dammit, I cannot stay focused. Got myself up right in REM, moved my fingers for about 15 minutes, got tired, started imagining the stairs or whatever and couldn't be focused. Urgh. But still, I hopefully remembered the dream I had, it was about how I got in a street fight with a gang of 10 guys who were standing near my car trying to steal it. Woah, I kicked their asses. Blocking every move and stuff like this. :v:
ahahaha hahaha oh god
holy fuck
my friend's brother was sleeping on the sofa and i told her to whisper slowly "ryan's gay" yesterday
today apparently when he woke up she asked him about it and he said he was scared in the dream because his friend turned gay
mischevious

Oh god I now know what to do to my lucid-dreaming friends.
INCEPTION
what would be ideal is to get somebody to wait for me to talk in my sleep and get them do say "do a reality check" because it wouldn't wake me up like an app on my iPod does and it would help me more because even though I have a habit of reality checking IRL, for some reason I haven't done it in a dream yet.
Holy shit man.
I had so many lucids and mini-lucids last night I dont even remember them all.
I dont even know how I got lucid, I was just like hhhhmmmmm Im dreaming.
The main awesome one was when I was at my grandpa's farm.
I was at said farm, and I think I was riding a 4-wheeler or car through the field with K. I was suddenly lucid from I dont fucking know, but I stabilized it by feeling everything, and running inside to grab a cooking burger off the grill and eat it. It was goooooooood. So I went back outside and was all like "Alright K, this shit's my playground now." The sky grew dark and WWII planes started flying past. A B-17 flying fortress (My favorite plane) swooped down and landed. I told K to get in. I got in the pilots seat and started that fucker up. Oh my shit it was awesome. I was flying around and shit, but after a while I landed and got out. K created a small building and we went inside. Inside there were two chicks I had met IRL the previous day. We were talking, and K turns to me and says "good job on going lucid btw. Now try to create something." I made a red lambo appear and then I was like naaaah and walked outside and made a 1969 Hemi Super Bee (favorite car) appear. I got in it and started flipping shitties. We went back inside the farmhouse and started watching TV. After a while, we went back outside and was going to have a race to somewhere. I couldnt remember where the super bee was, so I climbed a pole and saw two dark spots inn the field. I changed my mind and started running towards the B-17. When we got there it was burned to the ground and a trailer was sitting there. I was all "THE GOVAMENT TOOK MAH BAYBEY." And K was like NNOOOOOOOOOOOOO. so I broke open one of the trailer's padlocks and I cant remember what was inside, then the dream ended.
When should I take b6? It's 9:48 and I usually sleep at 12. I just took one b-complex which has 2mg of b6 inside it seconds after finishing a chicken burger.
I'm going to bed and possibly am going to remember a dream since i'll eat a banana with toast wrapped around it.
I wish I could luciddream.
would 2mg of b6 do anything
I just picked up the first b-complex I could find seeing as there wasn't any b6 in the pharmacuticals section
if it isn't enough I can check a pharmacy or something
I wish I could luciddream.
B vitamins help; they dont guarantee anything. Just read the bottle to see the recommended dose and take that. Quit asking so many questions and take some initiative, kid.
theres a side effect to quit smoking patches thats widely know and its that they cause vivid dreams.
anybody know what causes this
Going to set my alarm clock to 8 AM then go back to sleep and try to lucid dream. Wish me luck? Honestly, I have no idea what I'm doing. I usually just get them at random sometimes.

Good luck out there buddy, you're gonna need it.
Good luck out there buddy, you're gonna need it.
You don't know that.
Oh, btw, slept 11 hours today, had lotsa dreams, none lucid. I face-palmed irl. It was mostly about video games that don't exist, like Oregon Trail in Russia. There's others, but it's hard to explain...
I dreamt last night that I was in a cel shaded area, it looked like ico. I had a long spear and had to fight other people by running and jumping about, stabbing them with it. There were also a number of animals that looked like the Pokemon taurus that took 3 hits to kill.
