Just had a [b]sleep paralysis hallucination[/b], its 11:53 AM now, just a few minutes ago I was experienced it, luckily I had music in my ears which helped me realize I was awake, my eyes opened and in front of me I saw a floating black box. And what else made me realize I was awake was that I couldn't move and I couldn't control my breathing, it was subconscious. Finally, I held my breath, It kinda took me about 10 seconds to actually do it and broke out of it, then got out of bed.
Edit: I was sleeping on my back as well.

I think that was a bad mistake, everything started floating upwards, there was this... thing... it was flying around the room just generally breaking shit. I couldn't move, I couldn't do ANYTHING. Then when whatever the hell that was finished breaking whatever was in the room, it went after me.
Oh god when I broke out of it I could still hear its screams and feel the pain.
