well since im here may aswell say my experiences now i rarely dream but when i do they are always like visions they can be about very small things and about very big things infact 3 years ago i had a dream where i walked into a room and my mum and dad where there and crying then they said they were splitting up, the following year we went on holiday to cornwall and 1 day i was called into the room and instantly recognized it from my dream, and everything happend the way i had dreamed it, now this isnt the first time its happend and its infact been happening alot more once a week i will have a dream and it eventually happens but 1 scary thing that has happend is that about 2 weeks ago i had a dream, i was sat on my pc looking on facepunch and there was something about terrorism all over then i looked out my window but it looked like a different window to my current window and suddenly there was a huge explosion. now what worries me is the fact that we are now moving to a new house this friday and ive seen my new room the window in my new room is the 1 i saw the explosion through

Threat averted! or switch rooms with your parents/sibling(s).

Night guys o/
-story-
You're basically unsure about moving, feel awkward about it more. [editline]01:14AM[/editline]
Night guys o/
Peace mang \o
Oh my shit I just remembered how I used to have dreams of flying. That shit is indeed awesome :D well, my dream recall sucks, but I can remember dreams from 5+ years ago :P
Gonna try MILD tonight. Any tips? [editline]03:16AM[/editline] Oh yeah, and I still haven't had an intentional LD. All five of them were unintentional, just BAM lucid.
:fuckyou: My mom used to be a health nut and I just found a stache of vitamins. Alphabet diet, here I come! :fuckyou:
You know what, I'm gonna do Zin's meditation method tonight. I'll report tomorrow.
:fuckyou: My mom used to be a health nut and I just found a stache of vitamins. Alphabet diet, here I come! :fuckyou:
What B6?
b1, b6, b12, some other b, most of the a's and b's, c, idk about d, and the stuff i thought was e was actually estrogen. SHIT. Edited: JK, no estrogen lol.
REMEMBER: Be sure of how much of the vitamins you are already getting. I know I keep saying it. but its important. Also Zin lets play some Halo sometime. I need people to play infection with.
It's not my game, it's my friend's. :saddowns: And he just took it.
Ahhhhh. :saddowns: Well if you get a copy lets play. Im going to make a "Lets play" infection thread after I get some maps made up. I used to be the best map guy back when I played Halo 3. ON a related note: I am actually going to mild tonight. \ hopefully....
I shall try as well.
Hows meditation working out?
I was dreaming last night and at one point I realized; "Hey I'm dreaming!" This is the first time that I've ever been able to do this (To memory), so once I realized that my dreaming became foggy and felt like I was waking up, and I guess a single thought went through my head 'subconscious' (Since you fuckers mention it every other post that's all I relate to lucid dreaming now) and the dream got all dark and scary and I woke up quickly and fell back asleep. Is this how lucid dreaming is suppose to be
I'm going to try Zin's meditation. Somehow, during the day I can daydream/imagine things just fine, they are vivid and etc. But when I close my eyes at night (for example, to meditate), it's harder. DOC, how are we supposed to check how much we're getting? [editline]11:26PM[/editline]
I was dreaming last night and at one point I realized; "Hey I'm dreaming!" Just keep trying and it'll get better. But, do what Jake does, rub your hands together when you realize you're dreaming, and say out loud "I want to remain in this dream" if that doesn't work (you're asleep so no one will hear you). That works for me and some other people in this thread as well, so.
Hows meditation working out?
didnt do it yesterday; too tired. ill probably do it tonight. does meditation and MILD mix?

DOC, how are we supposed to check how much we're getting?
Well the meditation I posted has nothing to do with sleep, just relaxing is all. And its easier than you would think. get a list of foods that contain those vitamins (Zin posted one) and compare it to what you eat each day. Find out the serving size and find out how much you get of it. check out this page: http://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/vitaminb6.asp#h3 This is why i say that so often:
Too much vitamin B6 can result in nerve damage to the arms and legs.
[editline]09:34PM[/editline]
didnt do it yesterday; too tired. ill probably do it tonight. does meditation and MILD mix?
Well although I dont know for sure, I find that its WAAAAAAy easier to concentrate on a thought if youre in 'bliss' So when I get there I think "I will remember my dreams" And it really helps me. And yes, if youre tired its hard to meditate. (at least for me)

Night man, good luck.
Time to finally start work on my homework. You are looking at the post of a master procrastinator. [editline]11:49PM[/editline] then meditation and I guess you could say, Inception (tellin myself im gonna remember this stuff)
Well Im off to MILD. night all.
How does meditation have anything to do with sleeping and dreaming? Does it help?
I meditated last night. feels good man.
Well, I don't Remember any dreams, but I remember remembering a fragment of a dream, If that makes sense. You see, whenever I wake up from a dream, I stretch my legs and end up with terrible shin cramps. This particular morning, I woke up feeling like somebody surgically removed my muscle, flipped it upside down, covered it with icy hot, and stuck it back in, if you get my drift. I couldn't remember any dreams, so I tried to remember how I got such a terrible cramp. Suddenly, I remember waking up from some kind of dream, doubling over in my bed, and yelling obscenities at my leg. What I now remember about that dream, is that it felt...... normal......... for once. There were three people standing in a peaceful area. I'm not sure if I was one of them, but I have a strange feeling that I might actually may have gone lucid, but without remembering, I have no idea.
[editline]08:50AM[/editline] meditation clears your mind, so it is easyer to do.... stuff.
How does meditation have anything to do with sleeping and dreaming? Does it help?
I find it hard to remember my dreams if I got to bed with a clouded mind. Meditation clears it. Meditation (for me) calms me down a lot. So after I meditate and go to bed my body is already really tired and I fall asleep much faster. You can also concentrate more deeply on MILD thoughts while in meditation. now dont get confused. meditation is not a guarantee, it just helps. Also dont learn to meditate for dreaming only. It an be a very powerful relaxation and stress relief technique. If youe going to do it do it for the sake of relaxing. Then when you have it down, use it for helping dreaming.
