Edit:
Also, call me crazy, but me and my girlfriend had a shared dream. Because she was lucid and she chose to have sex with me, and I had a sex dream with her, and we "compared notes" and we had the same dream. I just wasn't aware it was a dream.
I believe in the possibility of shared dreams, you ain't crazy. That's real cool.
I believe in the possibility of shared dreams, you ain't crazy. That's real cool.
It's possible to have the same dream with someone you're connected to, but impossible that you would both be conscious in the same dream at the same time.
I am going to read my dream journal and write it up here.
Ok Here it goes.
What.
This was a single night? My record for individual dreams in one night is 8.

Do something constructive! Go write a story or something!
what the fuck just happened
I still don't get how this is a big deal, but then again I've been this way for a while. Can't EVERYONE have a conversation with themselves?

Does my mind drifting away, thinking about random cool stuff, and me correcting myself count?
Also gonna WILD tonight. Gotta good feeling.
Stay conscious =/= keeping yourself awake
Try staring at the squigles

I finally have the ability to fly in my Lucid dreams, but i have trouble when i try to ascend. Any tips? Like i can fly down the street with ease, but when i try to fly up to the clouds, i start dropping.

Flying up is imposable when you already know 4 moves. Delete one to learn "Fly up".
:D
Nah, I have no idea. I have only lucid dreamed a couple times, and not had much control.

I deleted descend. I hope this doesn't become a problem.
I haven't tried Lucid Dreaming or dream recall for awhile now. I should get back into it. My Dream Journal has been filled with a few pages worth of dreams.
Hey everyone, there's a great dream journal program I use on my laptop; http://www.dreamviews.com/f26/dreamjournal-2-5-free-program-recording-dreams-91993/
Last night I was contemplating when I was going to meet my sub, and I
decided he was going to be portrayed as Jon Dore, a comedian whom I like
That night, I had a dream where I received a letter from Jon Dore, but the only part of the dream I remember was reading it.
It went something like
Dear Keegan,
I have been going through fanmail and saw your note, And I was very inclined to meet you, and I was
sending you this message to encourage you to talk to me some day.
(Now, The letter was much longer, but I forgot most of it :v:
I normally wake up at around 8 on weekdays, and the night I had this dream was one.)
I am awaiting your arrival at 8 am.
Jon Dore
I have been talking to Jake about this, but i'm still unsure.
Help?
Zin you better hurry with that op of yours.
Nightmare after attempting wild.
i try wild. i get close, sorta, im seeing the dream images. i finally give up because i keep involentiaraily looking at the images and jerking awake. sorta. when i do, i roll over, and an hour has passed. i didnt reach SP. so that night, i had more of a nightmare. i see a room, with a bunch of figures and animals, its dark. none are moving. i see fast movement in the background. i then have a false awakening in my room. i fall off my bed, and i see a dark "thing" move in my room, as i am crawling twords my TV. i turn it on. no sound. i turn it up. no sound. i turn around, and wake up.
i don't think my sub wants me lucid.
I don't think a nightmare necessarily means your sub doesn't want you lucid (though I'm no expert on the symbology so I may be wrong). The way I see it is this: what is your subconcious? It's pretty much you. Are you going to stop yourself from lucid dreaming? Just let yourself have it.
A few nights ago I had a lucid dream. Up to that point I had been doing a lot of reality checks, and with that in mind, I went to bed thinking "tonight I will definitely have a lucid dream" and I did.
Your dream world, being a world constructed within your mind, works the way you think it does. This may sound corny, but believe, and anything is possible.

Thats a pretty neat program.
Last night, I was exhausted and couldn't get any sleep.
I close my eyes, and when I try to move, my body is paralyzed. But since I'm dreaming I don't think much of it. In the dream I get up, put on my headset and start talking to my friend. It's 2AM and school is in the morning. Then I realize, I have to go to the bathroom. So I close the door, and try to turn on the lights.
The switches do nothing. They start to meld into the wall. I instantly realize what's happening. The door is locked shut and it's impossible to get out, trying to open the door achieves nothing. A reptile appears right next to me. Knowing that I am dreaming due to the lightswitch, I pet it on the head, close my eyes and spin around. I am on a skyscraper. I get too excited and then wake up.
First thing I say: "Fuck."
So I noticed that in the OP of v1 there were only NREM sleep disorders.
What are actually some REM sleep disorders?
