I remember dreaming about putting a gasmask on my cat Sup.
I always dream about my fetishes :saddowns:
-snip-
Last night I tried a combo meditation-MILD-WILD
I meditated until bliss, imagined a pedestal (weird part here) that I usually put priority thoughts on, and put the mantra "I will stay aware during WILD" on the pedestal. Then I tried WILD and fell asleep at about 30-50 steps down. I remembered a dream when I woke up the first time, then I had the genius idea to hit "snooze" and try a CILD. It didn't work, and I forgot the original dream.
WEIRD PART:
I usually imagine an empty pedestal to put a thought on when I go into bliss. This time, when I saw the pedestal, there was a fat grey plastic briefcase on it. I thought for a second and opened it. Sitting in the briefcase in a perfectly made slot cut in foam and red velvet, there was a beautifully engraved .50cal Desert Eagle and a clip. I saw this and the biggest smile grew across my face. A while ago, I had been thinking about training myself so that a certain gun would always work in my dreams. I decided the Deagle would be the best option. Simple, powerful, and one of my favorites. I researched it and found out almost exactly how it worked and such and such. Yesterday I was considering a way to induce the deagle into my dreams, since the training obviously worked (I was using a Deagle in my last LD).
I consider this a gift from my subconscious.
I cant wait to play with my new toy >:)
Where is that post on mediation again? I wanna give it a shot.

Hurrr dammit, boxes for me.
Ok, here you go.
Is there anything I should do to remember dreams more often? If you always dream when you sleep, then I usually have no recollection whatsoever of many of my dreams (as in I never remember even a tiny fragment of the dream at any time)

Keep a dream journal. I remember my dreams more often, but I stopped using it because someone stole my FUCKING PEN! Anyway keeping a dream journal helps.
Well, I actually almost never can remember my dreams,, but after I watched Inception, I could for next week
(Yes I'm serious). That really creeped me out.

part 4, GOGOGO
How can I ask my sub if I can't get it to show up.
Well, technically it can answer without showing up, like a disembodied voice, or a sudden feeling from it, or even some vague symbolism. Obviously the more straightforward the better as far as you're concerned, but your sub may have different priorites.
So I dreamed like mad last night, but none of it was lucid and it was all sorts of symbolic crap. I might post some of the dreams soonishly, but I don't exactly want to spam the board either.
I'll figure things out later, hopefully AFTER my mid-term essay; I mean seriously, it's due tomorrow and I still haven't done anything for it.
YOU HEAR THAT SUB?! I NEED TO DO WORK, NOT FP
/angst
Fff, I'm remembered only fragments last night. They were all different things though, so maybe they were mini-dreams? That's really weird for me. Oh, and a couple nights ago I accidentally killed a serious dream by going lucid by accident. :smug:
Also, I can't fly. Any tips? I just fall down. Do I have to flail my arms or something?
Hmm I have been trying to LD for just over a year now with pretty much no success.
I have tried keeping a dream journal religiously, reality checks and many different methods but to no success.
Any help or advice would be appreciated thanks
Heads up! Surprise at your position.
Hello there. I'm going to try lucid dreaming tonight. But there's a few things that I need to say first. I have to get up at like 6 tomorrow for jazz band before school. So I wanted to try the MILD method. Anything important I should know? Also, I very much remember having a lucid dream on accident once when I was 10. I was inside my house, and then I realized that I was dreaming. Weird thing is, I can't remember anything up to the point that I realized that I was dreaming. And then I proceded to do things that a ten year old would want to do such as making a million clones of myself and having a party in which a ton of famous people were there. I'm in eighth grade now, so I don't know if age has any effect on this or whatever. Thanks for reading this.

Go to sleep with the intention of lucid dreaming and as you're in bed keep that thought in your head. You might want to think of a mantra or in other words, a phrase that you'll keep saying to yourself in your head until you fall asleep. Of course, don't let that keep you awake though. Just keep life issues and other things out of your mind when trying MILD and focus on your intention by repeating your mantra. Some people say counting helps and after every number you say your phrase. You probably won't remember any lucid dreams you have or any dreams in general when you first start out, but don't worry because improvement is fast.
You might wake up in the middle of the night, but that's good. That means that you've had a dream (most likely a lucid dream), but you don't remember it! "But Goshoha, how do I remember my dreams?", you say clinging to the leg of my pants. Well, keep a dream journal, my friend! When you wake up in the middle of the night or just plain wake up, write down all you remember from your dreams even if it's the smallest of detail. This will improve your dream recall and eventually, you'll remember every lucid dream you have.
Also, look up reality checks and all that stuff in the OP to help you. They're pretty useful. I'm still starting out too so if you need any dream interpretation or ways of talking to your subconscious then I won't be able to help you.
Edit: I...I was too late. He's gone...

That explains your terrible choice of music artists.
Yet another night trying to remember my dreams. Wish me luck. I know I could have some awesome stories of this place if I could remember them.

Default avatar if im not mistaken.
Its still gay.
Blimey, I think I actually went lucid for a few moments again last night, which hasn't happened in ages.
It's confusing though; I went into lucidity after realising that the trainstation I was at didn't look anything like the one I usually go to, then spun around and shouted to become stable, then the first thing I did, because I've been wanting to for ages, was try and summon my sub.
I said to myself "When I turn around, my subconcious will be there" (Am I doing it right?) and all that was there was a small pink knitted doll that looked weird, floating at around eye level.
It didn't do anything at all, so I tried summoning someone, and that didn't do anything either.
Then I think I lost lucidity somehow.
It's funny, because It didn't feel like any other case of me becoming lucid i've had, as every other time I always felt a very warm extremely nice breeze throughout. Now however, I was indoors and it was quite dark and quiet. Was this actually lucidity or was it just a dream disguised as it? (Is that even possible?)
Its still gay.
Oh I know. Im just pointing out that he MAY not like JB. But the fact that he hasnt changed his avatar is gay.

Oh I remember part of my dream. The most weird part was Cigars the size of trees.
Everyone, for the first time ever, in the life of Goshoha, I have had a lucid dream. Not only that, but I had two lucid dreams in the same night. I used the MILD technique and then used DEILD when I woke up too early.
I'll post the details of them later, but for now WOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOO!!! FUCK YEAH!!
Journal entry or it didn't happen
