I have to say, Peanut butter and banana toast (two slices) helped a ton.
I have to say, Peanut butter and banana toast (two slices) helped a ton.
I tried this last night but it didn't seem to work. Is it because I used chunky or what.
banana toast sounds nice
I am depressed. I cant dream properly.. What the fuck... Lately I have not been able to dream at all. Help me?
Heeeey! You sound like me! :smith: IN OTHER NEWS. I do believe that I lucid dreamed. I remember that the dream was long and complicated. But I barely remember any content from it. All I remember was walking down a large corridor that looked like a museum and all along the corridor there are chest high podiums that have glass boxes on top. Like the ones used in museums to display small items. All I remember knowing is that they contained dreams. As I walked down the corridor I was extremely confident in whatever I was doing. So if it actually WAS a lucid dream. It seems I got my crap together already. :c00lbert:
Come on, Jake. Just post 'em. You owe us three now.

I see alot of peoples talking about Sleep paralysis in here and being scared of it, so I thought I'd give some insight seen as I get sleep paralysis practically every night due to failed LDing and such. In a nutshell Sleep paralysis is when the mind is conscious but the body still hasn't woken up yet, in this state the brain still produces the thing that makes you dream which means even with your eyes open you're still dreaming things like monsters and dark things. Now why you're hallucinating all that scary shit is quite simple, most peoples when stuck in sleep paralysis are scared shitless, and since your brain is still producing that one thing that makes you dream it's really easy to hallucinate visions and scary things since you're scared to begin with, it's kind of like dream control. So basically this means if you got stuck in sleep paralysis aroused as hell, chances are hot bitches would sit on your chest and jiggle their boobs all over your face. So what you pretty much have to do during sleep paralysis is just stay calm and wait until you wake up and nothing bad will happen. I get sleep paralysis a couple of times a week but I got so used to them that when they happen I just don't really mind it at all so it just becomes black until I can wake up, I'm pretty sure if you stay in sleep paralysis it can grant you a free lucid dream much like how WILD works, as long as you don't panic which is the mistake most people does.
Thanks for that Heigou, that actually helped a little, i used to get SP alot during early puberty and well, scary shit, wonder what happends if you see scary crap but .. i dont know, start thinking of Jake bent over or something (rainbows ahoy!)
