Yeah they probably should do that, if anything it'd make dumb soccer moms upset and that's always entertaining at least. I once found a small sharp bone in KFC's Popcorn Chicken (meant to be boneless), not sure if they sell them in other places than the UK, didn't really bother me to be honest. I just put it to one side and told the manager that I'd found a bone. The only bad thing about it really is I'm chomping into them expecting no bones and it literally hurt my tooth but that's about it, he offered me a refund for my whole order but I just took a took a free Krushem instead.
