Was gonna do Engineering, then I was like nah Psych/Music dual major
If I could go back in time I'd punch my younger self in the face and tell him "Take comp sci or business, not engineering" but I'm in my last year of it anyway, so I just have to hold off on defenestrating myself until July or so and I'll be done with this shit.
Y'all better be watching or listening to CBC right now. Trudeau is being sworn in.
It's no wonder Trudeau went with a smaller cabinet. The swearing in's take forever.
Have you guys seen our new Minister of Defence? This man is badass, three tours to Afghanistan, Bosnia, police officer before that. The whole cabinet seems to be well chosen. I am so far liking the liberals even though they agree to TPP. I suck at this image thing.
So how long till Justin gets grey hair?
I would give him 7 years or more since he looks young for a 43 years old men.
So fp Toronto meet when? Where?
Me and Angus met up Halloween, but the rest of y'all were too busy doing other shit to bother.
Sorry, I was too busy drinking with other friends since we made those plans weeks in advance :v:
Hydro one had its ass kicked today. This is just my area, southern ontario was pretty bad too: Half of our wireless internet customers were down. I had to do some driving around to restore some equipment at a couple tower sites. I wanted a quiet Friday :(
Before starting school next fall, I was thinking about going to Toronto and Vancouver, last time I legit went to Toronto was probably over a decade ago and I never went to Vancouver so I want to try them out.

Oh shit: Some people who went down Friday morning will be down until Sunday afternoon. On the bright side, Hydro One's twitter has some neat pictures.
Gary takes pictures of like all the food he eats and posts it on Instagram. He's that guy...
Well I am Asian, what did you expect?
Some cadets or military march going up Church street towards Bloor. An interesting thing to wake up to.
I have such a strong craving for turkey right now. It sucks that Thanksgiving was a month ago here.
Just went and saw Spectre. Good movie, but I can see why there's a debate about it.
I liked it, but it opens a number of cans of worms in regards to the entire franchise. There were so many franchise continuity issues too. Also the first thing I did when I got home was make myself a vodka martini. Shaken, not stirred. It reminded me how terrible vermouth is.
Speaking of movies, I'm gonna go watch The Peanuts Movie
Finally my people are represented as they should be!
There are dozens of us!
Openly ginger? Like they don't dye their hair? wtf does that mean
I think it's there more as something to be funny than anything else.
For he first time in my life today I had the little plastic nosepiece on my glasses break. I've been wearing glasses for 12 years, and every time the nosepiece has broken on me, it's been the metal part from me having to bend the metal back into place after being hit in the glasses by something during gym class. Today, though, I just took my glasses off in a lab and the nosepiece just fell. The plastic had snapped at the screw. Thankfully, Costco replaced the nosepieces for free, but it was still uncomfortable having to walk around all day with my glasses no too low, and the metal almost poking me in the eye.

Their warranties are awesome
