RIP CHCH.
Welp, there goes one possible workplace
You ever have those exams where you answer everything really fast, but you don't know if you remembered the formulas right so your whole exam might be wrong, but if it's not then you did great? I just had one of those. Done in 1 hour of a 3 hour exam, but my studying consisted of furiously trying to remember formulas from the 2008 final we had answers for, so I could have done amazing or I could have done shit.

I knew all the formulas I needed to, but for some reason I messed up simple multiplication because I was too worried that I would forget the formulas. Like, at one point I was trying to multiply 24 by 9 mentally because we couldn't use calculators, but my brain screwed on me and I tried to multiply 24 by 23 instead for some reason. So, about halfway through the exam or more, I had most of the questions done, but I was furiously trying to redo my answers because of those simple dumb mistakes.

Fuck, I'm studying engineering and I still don't know trig.
I had an exam today and the multiple choice was basically a copy/paste from the exam review. I always love those kinds of exams.

Notes from a UofT lecture being publicly available on google just may have saved my ass for an upcoming exam, since my prof didn't cover parasitic capacitances of a switched-capacitor network, but it's plainly explained in these notes from UofT I found. EDIT: Lol nevermind, I'm still fucked because I don't get like any of the other questions in these assignments that the prof said he was putting on the exam.
Saw a weird banana-yellow car last night. Looked a bit like a banana in shape as well, and had a retro vibe to it. [t]http://www.city-data.com/forum/attachments/austin/104136d1353994880-banana-guy-banana-guy.jpg[/t] Kinda like that, but glass window / roof and you could see the wheels at the side instead of hidden underneath.

2.5 more hours until the final exam, according to the sample exam, it's 5 pages long with 10 questions. Um ok, I guess I can finish the exam in like 5 minutes. But yeah Thursday and beyond I'm free to do whatever. Let's do sushi whenever, got something on Saturday tho.
And finally done with my fucking exams. Now to wait for Ryerson to ruin my Christmas since they release the grades on the 25th every year.

Is that for CMOS design or analog electronics?
Oh god that. Is that for CMOS design or analog electronics?
CMOS mixed-mode circuits. It had analog and digital, though the digital was mostly just ADCs. The final project was to design a delta-sigma modulator, which pretty much everyone I talked to has no idea if they did it right or not. I'm still wondering why I took another circuits course voluntarily when I'm in computer engineering, not electrical. Everyone who I told I was in that one asked me why when I'm not taking electrical.
Well, my exams are done. Time to sleep in and do nothing for the next 3-4 weeks. Now a bunch of people in my program are having a massive house party that I should be at right now.

[editline]16th December 2015[/editline] I still have 2 more exams to go, one of them is tomorrow. I've been getting B's and A's in all my classes so far, so this exam should be a piece of cake.

Some of it was good, others was just memorize->exam->forget.
Dude party up!
Went to the party, basically a bunch of my classmates were there and when I entered the house, everyone was chanting my name and I'm like, ok :v: Yeah, my program's classmates are like an extended family now as it seems.
aaaaaaaaaaaaa id's finally snowing in the vancouver area
Its snowing! in Vancouverland!
It's raining in Toronto!
It's raining in Toronto!
Pls no. I didn't bring an umbrella to work and have to walk back up Jarvis to get home. It was sunny 30 minutes ago...
It's raining in Toronto!
And Ottawa. It was weird waking up to it still being dark out, getting home dark is bad enough.
So after a pretty nasty bout with some mental health issues, I've had a lot of work to catch up on, which naturally means I'm spending the night writing an exam and then finishing off two essays, then two more after the weekend. Fuck, I despise University. Only a semester and a summer to go, thankfully.
Going to my work Christmas party this year simply reaffirmed why I didn't go the last 3 years, and won't be going in the future.
Someone spilled coffee on the bathroom. It smells like I am pooping in a Tim Hortons.
A stove that was brought in my job today was left outside for the weekend and I guess some cats had a field day pissing all over the fucking thing because I and the entire place smells like cat urine.
So the McBarge from Expo 86 is being sent somewhere to get refurbished.
Merry Christmas, even though it may not feel like it in Toronto.
