It was good, but I still wonder how much they bribed the guy to get him to declare it "the best."
So why does one guy get to choose what the "best whiskey" is?
Okay Vancouverites, I need a place. No real rush however.
Does not need to be big, or particularly clean. A room with space for a desk and bed and shared kitchen, bathroom and laundry is fine. Will pay a little extra if it's got a tiny kitchenette I can plug a washing machine into or a small bathroom. Issue is price. $400/month tops. We're talking welfare rates so the place can be pretty scummy if it comes down to it.

I can offer you a cardboard box and an outside power outlet if you want.
Make it a parking space and we can do away with the cardboard box.

I live in Langley is that close enough?
That moment when you spend the whole day driving around the GTA, going to way too many stores, to find a damn cast iron grilling pan. Oh Angus..
I realize now I never texted Angus a month ago about organizing another FP Toronto.

Sorry, thats an extra $100.
Have you tried Naniamo?
I have a run down old workshop completely not designed for human habitation by deep cove.
Does it have a bathroom?

I shave like twice a week, but usually when I shave, it's already somewhat long. I'm lazy as shit too but if I try to shave every day, I'd probably end up cutting my skin because there's practically nothing to shave until day 3.
CBC did a for/against interview on homeopathy and the doctor laid the smack down on the homeopath.

So tomorrow we're supposed to get up to 20cm of snow here in Toronto. Prepare your buttholes...and winter boots.
I'm ready:

Every time they say we're getting a shitload of snow I just laugh. It's Canada for fuck's sakes. It'll just mean I need to leave for work earlier.
Also fuck the TTC. I wake up early this morning just to hear "There is no subway service on Line 1 between Bloor and Osgoode stations." Got me right out of bed cursing because Dundas is between those, and I have an exam at 8AM.
I carry safety glasses in my backpack for snowy days, so I don't have to squint constantly when it's snowing.
Honestly, 20cm ain't shit. Sure it slows things down a little, but it's not terrible.
Also army boots. God bless army boots. Never had to worry about slipping or getting jeans wet since I bought these:

Hurray for going to a school that doesn't require the subway to get there, only the bus. The worst case would pretty much be if the bridges across the 404 collapse or there's a bunch of power lines on the most direct route...
Snow has officially hit Toronto. Shit's blowing in sideways and turns people into yetis within a minute.
